This is a sincere question. Did you have an enlightenment experience. How was it. Did you need to reintegration. I'm asking because I watched a video of Maharishikaa preeti speak to this German spiritual teacher and she told him you've had the enlightenment experience. But he was still struggling.

You don't have to watch with concentration and focus. Let the watchfulness happen as you do your daily tasks. Mind will die on its own and not through focus and effort.
