Recommendation would be to remake this with a photon ray, I usually use void and GOL to get insane temperatures but you could probably make a plasma heater.

I think the issue was not pressure but air velocity. It was so high it was ripping the tungsten wires off. Maybe retry with the fans but less of then and more than 1 air intake channel to feed into the back of the gun?

Do something with ARAY. Some tips: pscn connected to aray fires it faster, and the ray coming out is the same temperature as the aray. Aray also doesn’t transfer heat.

This might seem a bit nerdy but you should try to make a warp core (from star trek) of course not using “WARP” the element in the powder toy. It’s just what the reactor it called.

For cooling: you can use clone and and liquid nitrogen, Doesent matter how cold it gets cause unlike heat it can’t melt. Plus the plasma will Somewhat warm the Death Star up

If you want an interesting video idea, try to convert CO2 to O2 without plant. The only way to do this is under extreme pressure (above 200) and maximum temperature. This results in the release of a few neutrons and oxygen. This is also the last step of fusion possible in the powder toy (in the real world it would fuse into silicon, then iron). The challenge is to use destructible or Meltable objects as a casing for this reaction. An additional objective would be to cool the oxygen down to extract it. I’ve completed this challenge and it would be a good video to watch. The solution to this challenge is in the replies.

Press read more for a solution (I’ve tested and it works) 1.) create a containment vessel with a large space for other components. 2.) Inside the main containment vessel. Place a smaller box (you can use gas/powder/liquid filters) to contain the CO2 3.) inside this box, place one or more clones that clone plutonium (heat & pressure), and uranium (heat). Then place pressure pumps inside the chamber and set to maximum pressure. (These are invincible, but it’s the only way to get high pressure effectively without burning something) 4.) in the main containment vessel, place a clone at the top that fills it with Gel (prevents heat conduction) 5.) start reaction, adjust for problems or issues, save before starting.

Could the issue have been windspeed? Pressure was fine, but the fans were moving to much to fast, sucking in particles that drift into the rear entry port (giggity) and thus destroying the tungsten as it came flying through the system.
