As a Network Admin, a note on the installation of gigabyte drivers, I would never download drivers or apps from Gigabyte, I always use pure windows drivers. Remove that Norton and rely on pure windows defender. I would definately uninstall all that bloatware you just installed from Gigabyte. Build looks Beautiful as well :D

Yeah I didn't notice the Norton Antivirus until it was installing, it was uninstalled right after. Nobody wants that! I should have taken a better look at what was there before I hit install. Thanks, yeah she turned out pretty awesome. Thanks for the advice and the watch! Cheers!

That PC drawer turned out very slick! Nice job! Looking good brother!

Thanks bud! Yeah it was nice to have the space to invert the drawer brackets underneath so there's room for more stuff on the sides and even add vibration matting underneath. Thanks for the watch!

Now you just have to show off "Masters of the Universe - Collector's Edition" on this bad boy when it's all done! :) Looking great.

Woooo... that is so sexy! (your work, the result, and that gorgeous decased PC) =D I can't wait to win this VPIN if you raffle it off or something. LOL!

Thank you very much! Yeah it is turning out pretty slick. We'll have to see as I now have a 4k OLED machine so my budget build is starting to not look so hot....lol. Thanks for the watch! Cheers!
@stevetb77778 сағат бұрын
@@wayofthewrench I said in another comment I will only allow you to give this one away if you agree to make the same upgrades to your budget build! 🤣🤣 So you're gonna need a 48" 4K OLED coming up here....

Nice work again. I'm surprised you didn't just route and use t-molding for the front of drawer slide and the sides of the back door.... might have been easier than all that paint work!!! I can't wait for my cabinet to arrive so I can start building.
@wayofthewrench8 сағат бұрын
Yeah that was going to happen when I had the smaller door in the kit but they reached out to me and offered me the bigger door so I thought I would just do the paint. That would be a good plan too though. Thanks for the watch and your suggestion! Cheers!

It didn't have any ill effects in your case obviously, but vendors nowadays recommend that you leave the plastic cover on while installing the CPU, it'll pop off on its own when you lower the lever.
@wayofthewrench8 сағат бұрын
That might have happened when the shop offered to install the cpu and update the bios due to the Intel issues people have had. I let them do it but I wanted to show people how to install all of that too. Thanks for the watch and your support for the channel! Cheers!

Nice job. My PC sits on a desk near my cabinet. 3 cables run to the game. USB, HDMI and sound. I can sit at the desk and configure it as needed, swap it out or work on it without opening up or moving the cabinet. It's actually a working desktop when needed too. I labored over this at first, but now prefer the PC not be married to the inside of the cabinet.

Thanks! It's not a bad idea, especially if you need the PC for other things plus it leaves more space inside the vpin cabinet. I might do that on my next build so I can have two partitions for a shooter can and a VR mini pin build. Thanks for the watch!

@@wayofthewrench You can install external outlets for each cable, so you don't have to route them into the chassis. I used a good quality powered USB hub to attach the various usb cables inside. Routing one of the USB outlets to a front plug for light guns or what not. Having the pc on the desk, It stays a lot cooler inside the cabinet.

I will have a dedicated PC for mine, so it will live in the cabinet. I like the idea of it all being a single unit. Plus it is in my game room and there won't be a desk for it to sit on. I won't have to work on the PC hardware very often at all.. almost never. I will use Teamviewer remote access to be able to sit at my desk on my main PC and configure the vpin PC to my hearts content. That's my plan. =D

@@stevetb7777 I use vnc. Working on arcade machines for years didn't do well for my back so I don't have to bend over as much this way and it doubles as a gaming desktop pc.
