In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, the rich man let his heart deceive him, being consumed by the treasures and pleasures of this world. He ignored his Maker until it was too late. On that day, neither Lazarus, Moses, nor any of your friends and relatives will be able to speak on your behalf, for there is no bridge between Heaven and Hell. The choice has to be made here on earth.
