I remember very well that day in the last week of March 2024, COD IG account posted a picture of Rebirth Island and the community went crazy. Then the S3 trailer released, “Together happier are we” was playing in background with the trailer going around Rebirth showing the new version of the map, the comments were all happy, the community for the first time in a while was united, with the only wish to play Rebirth Island once again. And then S3 came, the Rebirthday started, and we enjoyed it like nothing else in Warzone. Can seem stupid but those 2 weeks of wait for Rebirth were special and felt really good.

We are still rebuilding the Warzone side of things, but I have to say MW3 multiplayer just feels so good. People only hate on MW3 because of the campaign( which is a valid reason), but the multiplayer side of things has been great.

I swear, anything where you slap a 2 on it can either be the best or worst thing imaginable RE2, Half Life 2, TF2, Black Ops 2 etc. being the good. Lot of praise with this stuff Warzone 2, Joker 2, Love Live School Idol Festival All Stars Season 2, Love Live School Idol Festival 2 and many more can be downright horrendous and can have the potential to cause irreversible damage. (The Love Live examples did exactly that)

I agree with all of these. I would’ve also added smaller things like redeploy balloons, respawn tokens, and lootable perks/vests. Those things helped me enjoy Caldera’s gameplay and make Urzikstan fun as well.

I think the decision to integrate MWIII movement/mechanics into Warzone is a top two game-saving decision (rivals Verdansk/Rebirth return). The original Warzone only integrated CW/VG content while keeping the MW mechanics/aesthetics. Definitely enough to save the game, and the rumored Black Ops 6 version of Double Time might take the next step to revitalization.

I know that Warzone in general is getting major updates as we talk and with BO6 coming out its only getting better. But when it comes to warzone mobile, I feel like the developers simply gave up on the game starting mid way through this year. You have probably the worst events possible (very repetitive and not fun), map rotations DO HAVE Rebirth and Verdansk but we still do not have any inclusion of other prominent maps (such as Urzikstan, Fortune's Keep, I feel that the WZM community would like anything new at this point), all the while the frequent updates are delayed for mobile by several weeks? If they were really going to make a converge-able game, I seriously hope they bring some changes to save the mobile version of the game too. Anyways, good video as always.

I feel like the precision airstrike indicator is both a win and a lose because yes you get to know the direction is going and you get to avoid it but on the other hand we lost the element of surprise with while using it offensively as enemies can now just run away most of times. It works mostly as a kill confirming device rather than anything else. Personally, I think of it as nerf, I’d rather have no map indicators, it was mire effective for gatekeeping too and stuff like that
