I legit lost a game earlier against this deck because of this. Didn''t know the eye would be disabled and spend half of my timer wondering why it was broken. ran out of time assigning blockers by trying to calculate damage and lost to exact damage with a dude not blocking someone. It's dumb. Teemo adding puffcaps shouldn't blind the oracle eye. it makes no sense.

Honestly, mushrooms shouldn't stop the eye. Mushrooms may kill you next turn but the eye should only consider the attack step

Been playing Ashe midrange, and ever since Swim's other vids, I've gone against variants of this deck like four times in an hour. Free lp every time, hope more people keep this going.

@@kelvinSLC You can use Swim's version he posted a couple days ago. I've tweaked it a bit, but it's personal preference. It has a lot of tools that hard counter Prankster burn, like Rimefang and Culling, but I don't really think the deck is that great to begin with.

Here's Swim's version: lor.mobalytics.gg/decks/bp0e5oulnisb7p6d392g And here's the version I'm running; CEBACAIDEEEQCAIDA4FREFQ6EYUSUAQCAEBQIEIDAEAQCBBEAA It's mostly preference, but I like Sentry for more cycling and Marksman over Gloryseeker is debatable; Gloryseeker is a huge boon against elusive and helps enable Assessor for two mana, but I find most of my harder match-ups are against like Nox Aggro or really any board that goes wide early, especially if you can't establish board presence and Mark tends to be better in those situations.

11:10 Dude made big misatke. He should kill praknster with termo cus you can't attack with Elis cus he has Archer so it would kill your Elise. Prankster is bigger threat than Elise. Not sure why people think that Champions from default are more threatening. It's not always the case

Plat III EU is like Gold IV China. EU has twice as many people as NA, China has twice as many people as EU. That's how basic demographics work. Like my high school used to win all the state basketball championships and then the air force base closed and we lost 75% of our kids. Smaller pool to pull from, less chance of finding good players. It's cute that you think EU is special tho.

Isnt it only working so well because people are prioritising the Elise and Teemo over the pranksters? What happens if they just thermo/get excited/mystic + statikk the pranksters? I know it's a lot of card values traded but without the pranksters, is salesman the only other way to win?

I used this but my Pranksters will always be killed by spells like thermal beam or Blackspear or 2 mystic shots or even getting purified :/. And without the Pranksters this Deck is useless.

Just take a look of when Swim plays Prankster he always makes sure his enemy doesnt have anything to counter him or if he takes the risk he knows that there is just a little chance of the enemy having an answer based on their deck or cards played

yah he showed a game were he almost lost to the deck its supposed to hard counter after drawing 2 pranksters by 5 (24% chance) and having the enemy draw no answers to them..... seems like a bad deck.

I played the Shadow Isles/Frejord version of this deck with They Who Endure and Atrocity for some crazy OTKs. Hint: the 1-cost lantern spell that drains your unit to heal you for 4 health is really useful

Every win you showcase involves you drawing 2 Pranksters. In reality this scenario happens what..1 in 6 games? I'd like to see you showcase the more common situations rather than god draws.

He also showcased rank 1 NA, which may have been a lucky streak. Then again, on his website the deck is listed as tier 2, so Im sure hes aware of its weaknesses. Videos are for fun content anyways, would you watch regularly if he showed games with bad draws and unlucky losses?

If this was the first video I wouldn't have bothered commenting...but its the second video showcase of the deck and still every game had 2 pranksters.

I actually ran a very similar deck to this at launch, but I was using nox so that I could use chronicler and splinter soul on legion grenadier. I think this is a much more optimized concept though, the PnZ aggro tools just have to much value and work much faster. Also my finisher was atrocity on Darius to close the game which might actually be better now that deny is much less in the meta.

Played against this deck 6 times in diamond. Beat the deck with ez control and shadow isles/ elusives. Everyone thinking copying swim’s deck will make them get rank 1 but what they don’t get is they’re not Swim..

Teemo is just an aggressive 1 drop in this deck that can serve in some case as an elusive blocker. It's probably the best for the spot but you don't lose that much value overall if you switch one for a daring poro for example

Teemo is just in the deck to give a potential turn 1 option. Earlier version of the deck weren't using Teemo, so you're fine with 2.

Crocolith is kinda of bad unless your going midrange. Chronicler is insane value good call. Since this is a low curve deck start with two and add or subtract. Based on experiance.

@@zarathos888 yea i just played 5 games. Chrocolith was gone after the first kinda hard to enable (had him as a 1 off). Chronicler is at 1 in my deck, mostly because in 5 games I drew 2 keepers. Feel like butcher is a much better enabler. I also play this with jinx (cause i dont have teemo mostly) so i want cheap stuff. Also run 2 black spears because the elusive and fiora matchups are pretty bad

Your entire deck is built to profit off pranksters. So vs the deck that your supposed to hard counter you were a turn from losing (aka almost lost) after drawing 2 pranksters by turn 5 (24% chance) while the enemy deck didn't draw an answer to either (as a deck with mainly answers).... not to mention other stuff..... yup looks like a good showcase.

This deck obliterates control decks? I've played a lot of Heimer/Karma against it lately and destroyed it about every single time, it's ridiculously easy to kill the Pranksters, they can do nothing against removal spells, and if they are dead there's no win condition and no way to withstand Heimer. Maybe Ezrael decks bad against it and Ionia way better, or my opponents ran a bad version/played it incorrectly, but I've had the opposite experience

I think some people just underestimate Prankster and don't know about wincon of such decks, so they don't waste their resources on 0/3. Meta will adapt. Even in WM control, I tend to 3 Thresh, 2 Anivia and 1 Trynd. Thresh is amazing against backboard and elusive units.

bc the mushrooms are placed randomly on the deck of the adversary. The oracle eye is to see the damage of the turn you are on, so it cant say how many damage that 5 mushrooms are going to do bc the damage is delt in another round (sry for my english)

well this deck sucks, if you don't draw 2 prankster, you've nothing to do, because it lacks of damage, control and everything. It's only good when you have 2 prankster in play. But also, if the opponent can kill your prankster fast you lost, because there are no cards to protect her and they she has 3 points of life. I've been playing against this deck like 4 times in the past hour and is so easy to defeat.
