HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst KZbinr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 KZbinr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA KZbinrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...
WHISTLINDIESEL RUNS THROUGH THE WALL OF CORRUGATED FENCE AND TARPS IN HIS BRAND NEW LAMBORGHINI HURACAN THAT HE recently purchased from TJ HUNT (what is going on ((I am truly alarmed)) hitting and dismembering the worst GTA 5 youtuber of all time.
Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

The biggest issue with not just rockstar but like most AAA companies in the gaming industry is that there is no competition for their games hence it makes these greedy scumbags easily get away with such predatory practices.

Cayo Perico is a double insult. They reduced the money we can get from Cayo Perico and now, to play the heist, instead of paying 25k, we have to pay 100k. We gave 10 years of success and billions to Rockstar and GTA, and they gave us the finger. In an ideal world, all GTA fans will wait until GTA 6 is discounted to buy the game.

Boycotts never work in gaming culture. Gamers are fucking terrible at resisting the urge to play a game, most casual players just don't care enough and hardcore players are too addicted to give it up. In all my years of watching the video game industry evolve, not a single proposed boycott has ever worked. Gamers are weak. I would love for the entire community to boycott games more often but after seeing boycotts fail miserably time and time again I realise that gamers are just not capable of holding a proper boycott

The fact that we DO keep playing means something. As these games improve they get more and more complex to make - and that is expensive. I remember the early days of video games where one guy could create and programme a game. Now it takes a "cast of thousands" like a major movie production - and they all want to get paid for their work and preferably have a job for life. And their work is good, but not cheap. RS need money to pay them all for updates etc. Without that, there would BE no Cayo Perico, and no a lot else too. Of course, the presence of so much cash in a situation attracts the greedy money men, who tend to take over and eventually kill all their cash cows. This has happened with RS to some extent. I've seen this happen many times and it is really inevitable that companies become victims of their own success. I used to work (in a small way) for Games Workshop and it happened there too. The only thing for us gamers is to move on - there will always be something else for us as yet unsullied by the curse of Mammon - but we must also understand that games makers aren't charities and have to make their money as a return for their brilliant work.

Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I feel EXACTLY the same in every way. I agree with every word you say! Even down to the fact that I still play and love the game. Been collecting cars and bikes for years now and to have them remove so many from the websites was just a kick in the teeth after playing since release on PS3. The more woke a company gets, the worse their products become. Rock* has botched everything they've touched since the initial release of RDR 2. Let's not get started on the support RD Online received post launch or the disgraceful GTA Trilogy. GTA 6 will probably be a technical marvel but I fear the script is going to be a pandering cringefest & GTA 6 online will probably be one giant pay to win micro transaction with a broke a$$ economy. You should buy the kosatka just for access to the sparrow helicopter. It is one of the most useful vehicles in the game since you can basically spawn it right next to you.

Edit: In all seriousness though, there were only a few minor good things that happened with the update: the LSA missions+giving the Avenger another purpose besides being a more expensive aerial equivalent to the MOC, the F160 Raiju, the few good performing vehicles and the hangar ground source/sell option. All of those could've never been added, and we honestly wouldn't care. (Except for maybe the Hangar ground missions) Compared to the impact caused by removing 180+ vehicles and nerfing the Cayo Perico Heist to the point where it'd be more worth it for solo players to do the VIP Contract and the Diamond Casino Heist, the positive/negative ratio is imbalanced toward the negatives. If their goal was to encourage other methods of gaining in-game money, they could've increased the payouts for the other heists to the point where they'd be as good if not better than the Cayo Perico Heist (for solo players) and actually be worth replaying. But no, we all know that's not their goal.

It sucks it was nerfed but it isn't like Cayo is completely dead as a lot of the community seems to consider it. Did two tequila runs today solo, both around 1.2-1.3m (elite challenge). It's noticeably less which truly sucks, plus the 100k setup cost now. But still worth doing for money.. it is just way less viable solo now, the 3h cooldown for 1.2-1.3m is a kick in the teeth. I just can't understand Rockstar nerfing solo content, a large portion of the community are solo players. Nerfing solo content won't make players want to do group content, it will just make them quit the game. It's a baffling strategy for a game company. I want to love this game, Rockstar are making it so hard.

So listen, i really only play GTA because my husband loves it and its something we can play together. That being said, i own just about everything other than cars 🤣 Cayo was a great way for us do to shit together and share money. They increase the cost of certain things (like opressor) and then nerf the ways that we make money. And not even talking about the glitches that seem to only happen when on sell missions or trying to resupply the MC. At this point, id rather just find a new game to play together. You can see the game going downhil after a lot of the original people left the company, especially Dan Houser and Lazlow. I have been thinking it since the Drug Wars DLC. GTA 6 might actually bomb. Wrong. Rockstar, Take Two and any other games company are a business. Their number one priority is to make money regardless of if they have share holders or not. Every decision they make has to have that as an objective be it directly or indirectly. That said, it needs a buy in from the gamer aka consumer to make it work. If all of the gamers out there refuse to play your game because you made a bad decision - you ain't going to be making any money.

@minthouse6338 I understand they are a business, but majority share holders get a huge say in development and they are thinking in terms of business. They are not gamers so they water games down and encourage shark card spending. When you cater to everyone you serve no one. They would rather have everyone dabble rather than a few loyal followers. Can we not at least agree that rockstar has made some bad moves, yet we still play. Albeit after a 5 year hiatus for me.

I think the timing to nerf the heist was a bit silly. They could have atleast waited until the anniversary event was over

That's true. I just built a PC, installed GTA Big Upgrade on graphics (comparing to console) and wondering when will it get HSW 🤷🏾‍♂️Anywho, I'm upset with everything else. Excluding the Cayo Perico Heist, don't care for that Heist. Making the Diamond Casino Heist available Solo would be nice.

I am pretty sure the devs share our exact feelings. I expect all types of money fuckery when GTA 6 comes out. We will look back at this like.. damn even then we still had it good.

I've read that R* is preparing the fan base for GTA6. Which kind of put it in a better light, when we first start we aren't going to have millions of dollars and this high end heists. We are gonna be lucky to get $100,000 a day. So to do that they are cutting back on money now. Which I get is not the best way of doing things because they aren't lowering the prices of things, they've stayed the same if not increased it. And to raise the submarine heists prep by 300% is beyond insane.

From 2020 till now ive leveled up too 507. Ive made millions grinding cayo. They nerfd that so i started doing payphone missions. Then they nerfed. That. Been a month sinced ive played. And ive been playing gta 5 on and off since i was 13 im 23 now so.

What also makes Mercenaries the worse DLC to date is that it's the only DLC that has no awards/achievements to earn bonus money from first time completions. This could've easily been added with the new missions in the Avenger, but nope and that made it even less money for players to earn. So this is also something that wasn't given to players in the Mercenaries update.

I have supported gta 5 online since day 1, but this.......like Ive been with this game for 10 years with the same character across three consoles.....and Im debating deleting the game over this. Ive been a defender of this game for years but when you have to decide between wich is worse, GTA 5 or Fallout 76 you have a problem.

There’s definitely going to be a subscription for GTA6. They’re doing their upmost to raise funds for the new game, we’ll have to pay for it, not the share holders. It would be good if everyone just boycotted the game when it comes out, I know it’ll never happen but it would send a clear message.

Not to mention the buisness discounts they gave us this week are only discounts on upgrades you still have to pay full price for the business itself. Usually the business is discounted along with everything that goes with it... This feels like a big middle finger especially to solo players

I play on console and I'm sorry for the PC players but there's way too much modding and hacking going on. So this is a classic case of the innocent suffering for the guilty. I've never played the Cayo Perico Heist and to be honest, I'm just about done with GTA Online. Rock Star can kiss my whole ass hole at this point. 😂😂😂😂 💀

I'm not sure why everyone thinks you had to sell in a public lobby you have been able to sell in private lobby's (Closed Crew Sessions) since the biker DLC came out. I still sell in Closed Crew Sessions to this day.

Man this game has some serious entering buildings loading glitch problems be damned if I could enter the acid building don't try an enter your autoshop more then two times and the casino heist preps I've yet to even see what's in the mc clubhouse gun one I've even reported to Rockstar and it got worse man
