I love listening to adya 1st thing in the morning. I feel like these talks are like a light house in a very dark world.

When I started meditating in June of 2020, I took Adya’s meditation course. Six months of sitting meditation told me that I needed Breathwork to really get into a meditative space. I meditate every day, and Breathwork always leads me into meditation. Breathwork assisted me into going into ‘the body, and now I am able to connect with Self better.❤️

Concept free equanimity is the ground of our being. Thank you Adya!! you rock so much!!

We don't need any technique to connect with the ground of our own being. It's always there wherever you are and whatever you do.

Thank you Adya… I really get what you’re saying.. I just can’t go there anymore..was it the pandemic or my depression? I’ll keep trying 😉

I can appreciate the pandemic and depression changing things. I just read that Joe Miller, was a very interesting and down-to-earth teacher suggested people keep 10% of their heart reserved for.. That. The way I think of that is even if it's 5%, 3% or even 1% the important thing is we have a little bit of an anchor and maintain it. (or continually return to it)
