I've had a pinched nerve in my leg for nearly a year. Excruciating pain, at times couldn't walk. I did some research and decided 174hz was the best frequency to try for this issue. I tried quite a few other 174hz videos and had no change. Then I tried this one. In three days I am walking without pain. Only pain left is going down stairs and that's fading. I am healing. First thing in the morning I put in my ear buds and listen to this video while I'm doing my morning stuff, anywhere from one to three hours depending. Many blessings to you. It is funny you say that because I had a big part of a tooth fall out this morning and it was hurting so much yesterday. This helped me as well. Honestly the big part of the tooth coming out today was the biggest relief. Tumeric and curcumin are great natural anti-inflammatories. I have used penetrex on my face to help with swelling and pain. I don't know what you had addiction issues with, but these are good go to's to help with pain control and can be found on Amazon. Either way they really help. Curcumin doesn't tear up your stomach lining like ibuprofen, of course I don't know your medical history. I hope you feel better soon!

I am convinced that this frequency is alleviating the pain in my fractured lower back and the pain radiating into my right hip, right knee, and right foot from the fracture. I am no longer so consumed by the intensity of the pain because it has subsided. I have taken no conventional pain medication and instead rely on healing tools, such as sound baths, to assist my body in the healing and recovery process. I began feeling the intense pain from the fracture in early 2019 and used to feel hopeless about the possibility of recovery. It has been a few years and I am now able to walk uphill backwards, a huge improvement from not being able to even walk up steps. I have read that this manifestation was how a French doctor miraculously healed many of his patients with incurable diseases. Every day, I work in a job where I carry packages that weigh half of my body weight. And I injured my back earlier in the week. The pain is incredible, so much so that I have a hard time walking and even standing on my feet. I have been dealing with kidney and urinary issues. If I am late in using the restroom for even two minutes, I get urinary irritation. This has been going on for a while. Finally a stone passed last year & even tho CT scan came back clean afterwards, the irritation still happens every now and then and it is exhausting. My husband of 50 years died a year ago. I am functioning a lot of the time - I moved across the country and try to be cheerful-- but sometimes missing him is unbearable. He was my support. I was his number one. We never had any money but we had fun at the races, having a drink, competing on TV quizzes like The Chase. I suppose I'll go on living but it seems pointless.

I listen to binaural beats every day and it's hit or miss with some of them. This one is definitely helping. If your pain and tension is from trauma, I highly recommend listening to bilateral stimulation music as well.
