Frank Lampard is back in management at Everton. He returns to the Premier League after his time at Chelsea, where he was replaced by Thomas Tuchel, and will now lead the Toffees after their horrific spell under former Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez.
Now that he's back, we'll have plenty more opportunities to appreciate what The Athletic's Adam Hurrey coined as 'the Lampardian transition' - that is Lampard's penchant for starting every single interview with a little joke, doing a little laugh, before immediately changing tack and getting serious.

Not a Chelsea fan but I've always loved Frankie, hate for him to be self conscious of this because I've always found him charming in front of microphone...the man loves the game and we should just let him be himself and not be too harsh on silly things. We all have odd bits about ourselves that make us who we are.
