Arena has an astounding talent for giving you the cards you need to win, exactly 1 turn too late. If opponent had found those Leyline Bindings a turn before you'd just be dead. But now you're still alive. One turn earlier or later and it wouldn't matter as much.

Statistics showed it, and immediately after the second leak, Arena changed their weights around and admitted to doing it in a banlist after. It's pretty proven
