Thank you for the teaching, sir. If a Christian says, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the SON OF GOD, and He came in the flesh and died for my sins. However, I do not believe that He is the same as the Father." Is there anything wrong with this assertion? Isn't it consistent with the words of Christ Himself?
@rccgdce3 ай бұрын
One of the fundamental doctrine of the Christian faith is the MYSTERY OF THE GODHEAD (the TRINITY). God the Father=God the Son=God the Holy Spirit. If you believe Jesus came in the flesh, where is He coming from? Who was He before coming in the flesh. Many portion of the Scripture buttresses the mystery of God manifesting in the flesh (as Jesus) and dwelling in the believer (as the Holy Spirit). Read 1 Timothy 3:16 [16]And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. THIS IS WHAT MAKES US BELIEVERS IN CHRIST. If anyone does not believe or agree that Jesus' is God then he is not a CHRISTIAN.

To answer to your question. your assertion is wrong if you say you do not believe that He is the same as the Father. What you are saying indirectly is that Jesus is not God. My brother, JESUS IS GOD. The teacher just gave us so many bible references to show that JESUS IS GOD. I would advise you to listen to the teaching again. God bless you.

Can you give us scriptures to ascertain you point sir/ ma

Something is wrong with it sir, the person is invariably saying that Jesus is not God and the person doesn't believe in the Trinity as being one God The teacher did a very good justice the topic. The lesson answers your question, you can listen to the teaching over and over until it's established in your heart or send it to whoever needs it. Thank you

@@yetundeagbaje1053 Pls listen to the teaching again or better still, get the Sunday school manual and go through it, there are so many bible passages that can help you to get the full understanding of the personality of Jesus as God. Until you get to that point of knowing and believing that Jesus is God, I'm afraid you may not experience genuine salvation and all the benefits therein.

✍️Is Jesus Christ, the Son of God or God the Son, THE SAME PERSON as ABBA FATHER or GOD the FATHER, whom Jesus Christ prayed to? In other words, does Jesus Christ, as God the Son, share THE SAME PERSONHOOD as GOD THE FATHER, to whom He prayed?" The purpose of the above question is to highlight the DISTINCTION between God the Son (Jesus Christ) and GOD the FATHER, addressing the complex relationship within the Godhead. Because In Christian theology: - Jesus Christ is considered God the Son, fully divine and fully human (John 1:1-14, Colossians 1:15-20). - Abba Father, or God the Father, is the First person of the Trinity and the Head, distinct from God the Son (Matthew 3:16-17, 1 Corinthians 8:5-6). - Also, the Bible shows Jesus praying to and interacting with GOD the FATHER, demonstrating their DISTINCT PERSONHOODS (John 17, Matthew 26:39).

✍️ Jesus (God the SON) shares THE SAME essential nature as God (THE FATHER) BUT is a DISTINCT PERSON within the KINGDOM. 👉 1 Corinthians 8:5-6 (AMP)states: [5] For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords,[6] yet for us, there is but one God, the Father, who is the source of all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we believers exist and have life and have been redeemed through Him. ✍️ Apostle Paul acknowledges the existence of many Gods and Lords but emphasizes that for Christians, there is ONLY ONE GOD, the FATHER, and one Lord, Jesus CHRIST. 👉 1 Timothy 3:16 (AMP) reveals: [16] And great, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He (Jesus Christ) who was revealed in human flesh, Was justified and vindicated in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the nations, Believed on in the world, Taken up in glory. 👉 1 Corinthians 15:27-28 (AMP) explains: [27] For He (the Father) has put all things in subjection under His (Christ’s) feet. But when He says, “All things have been put in subjection [under Christ],” it is clear that He (the Father) who put all things in subjection to Him (Christ) is excepted. [28] However, when all things are subjected to Him (Christ), then the Son Himself will also be subjected to the One (the Father) who put all things under Him, so that God may be all in all. ✍️Scripturally speaking, Jesus Christ is God (deity, Lord, Word, God the Son) and shares THE SAME ESSENCE and NATURE with the FATHER. However, they are DISTINCT PERSONHOODS in the KINGDOM of GOD, each with their own will, speech, and love (Matthew 3:16-17). Jesus Christ (NOT THE FATHER) is the incarnate Godhead, Jesus rightly claimed unity with the Father (John 10:30). Since the fullness of God's divine essence resides in the Son (Colossians 1:19), Jesus said, "Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father" (John 14:9). Yet, Christ acknowledged His Father is greater than Him (John 14:28) and confirmed His identity as the Son of the MOST HIGH (Luke 1:32; Matthew 16:17; Matthew 22:42-46; Hebrews 1:5-8; Revelation 3:21-22). Using the Amplified version enhances understanding. Shalom!

The common saying 'God died to save the world' raises questions. How did GOD (MOST HIGH, ABBA FATHER) become a man in the person of Christ to save the world, considering the 66 books of the Bible? Relevant verses include Colossians 1:15, 2:9; John 1:1-5, 3:16; and Ephesians 1:4ff. We should clarify this concept for believers. The canonical Bible translation often represents the three members of the "Godhead" as the word "God" instead of their specific identities, since they share the same essence and nature but are recognizable and distinguishable in the Kingdom. The Godhead consists of: - God the Father (ABBA FATHER) - God the Son (CHRIST, LAMB) - God the Holy Spirit Although the word "TRINITY" isn't in the Bible, the concept explains the majestic plural of ABBA FATHER among the Elohim (Gods, gods) and how the ONLY true GOD should be worshiped. The Trinity Theory emphasizes: - The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are distinct Persons. - They are not three separate Gods to be worshiped separately. - They are one God, coeternal, coequal, and co-powerful. - Each has a will, speaks, loves, and demonstrates personhood. - They exist eternally in absolute perfect harmony. This is evident in Genesis 1:1, 1:26, 3:22; Matthew 3:16-17, etc. What is God's Kingdom? the kingdom of God is the Government (Authority, rulership) established by ABBA FATHER with Christ (God the son) chosen to be the King of Kings and Lord of lords both in physical and spiritual realms so that the God(MOST HIGH) will be supreme in all in all. (1 Timothy 6:15; 1 Corinthians 15:27-28). ABBA FATHER is the MOST HIGH (EL Elyon) among the Godhead(Revelation 4:3-6). He can't die(be killed or sacrificed). The lamb was slain or slaughtered as a willingly sacrifice even before the foundation of the world(Revelation 13:8; Ephesians 1:4-6). The Hypostatic Union occurred to the SON, not the FATHER. So GOD THE SON incarnated and died on the cross for our sins, not GOD THE FATHER (John 3:16; Revelation 5:1-14). The truth is that there is a hierarchy in the Kingdom of God where Christ is subordinate to the FATHER, and the Holy Spirit is subordinate to Christ, yet the FATHER is SUPREME OVER ALL ETERNALLY( mark 16:19; 14:62; Acts 7:56; John 14:23-29; Hebrews 1:5-8). The 66 books of the Bible explain this, particularly in Deuteronomy 32:8ff; Philippians 2:5-7; 1 Corinthians 8:5-6; 15:27-28; Revelation 3:21-22; 4:3-6; 5:6.

The question believers should ask is that, Will we see all three members of the Godhead in Heaven? Revelation 4:3-6 describes Heaven and the throne occupied by God and the Lamb: "The one sitting there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian… a rainbow resembling an emerald encircled the throne. Before the throne… a sea of glass, clear as crystal." Since God dwells in "unapproachable light" and is one "whom no one has seen or can see" (1 Timothy 6:16), God is described in terms of reflected brilliance, using precious stones to convey His glory. 1 Corinthians 2:9 says, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him." Due to God's holiness, it's possible we may never behold His face. However, Revelation 5:6 describes the Lamb (Christ Jesus) standing in the center of the throne, clothed in brilliant white. Since human eyes beheld Him after His resurrection and glorification, it's reasonable to conclude we'll see our Lord and Savior in Heaven. The Holy Spirit, by nature, moves freely and takes various forms. At Jesus' baptism, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove (Matthew 3:13-17). At Pentecost, He appeared as tongues of fire (Acts 2:1-4). Unless the Holy Spirit chooses to manifest Himself, it may not be possible to see Him. While we can't know for certain, Scripture suggests: - God the Father may remain unseen due to His holiness. - Christ Jesus, the Lamb, will be visible in Heaven. - The Holy Spirit's visibility depends on His chosen manifestation. Since mere mortals do not have the ability to grasp the wonders of heaven-it is entirely beyond our comprehension. Whatever heaven is like, it will far exceed our wildest imaginings! We should encourage preaching and teaching the Kingdom of God and its operations, which is Christ's core message. The Bible teaches that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit share the same essence and nature. While they are three distinct persons, each being God (deity or divine being), they are collectively referred to as the Godhead. We recognize and worship them as one and only deity. As God is spirit, He must be worshiped in spirit and truth (John 4:24). Christians worship GOD THE FATHER (ABBA FATHER, MOST HIGH) through God the Son (Christ), as Apostle Paul explained in: 1 Corinthians 8:5-6: "For us, there is but one God, the Father... and one Lord, Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:27-28: "God has put all things in subjection under Christ’s feet... so that God may be all in all.
