I suggest that you read the following article first, and then sketch MRP with perfectly competitive market MRP (p*MPL) and monopoly MRP (MR* MPL) on the same diagram. Then determine how many workers to hire under monopoly. The difference between two MRPs will be the level of exploitation. The shape of the total exploitation should be a trapezoid.
