In the early 1960s, the demolition, or 'slum clearance' of much of the
original housing at Butetown, Cardiff, began to make way for a modern housing estate and high rise apartment blocks.
Gordon Tucker talks to residents who have taken out mortages on
properties that are ear-marked for demolition.
