I managed to get them 3/6 in the first rotation, and that's my luckiest UR banner ever, and I am thankful to God. I built them Hp/Def. How good is it for them? Should I swap it with Atk/crt? If Galland gets a relic as they leaked, will it be worthy to LR him?

MeLiz HP DEF is ideal for PVP. He's hitting hard enough thanks to his buff. Galland is not great. I've never seen him in both elite or normal PVP and I'm always on Champion 1. If you only have enough resources for 1 LR, he's not the one you want to make.

HP Def should be fine. They do a lot of damage when the passive pops. And no clue on Galland yet.
