Sir I have heard that Tashkent Medical Academy's building is not opened and student of TMA are studying in another buildings is it correct? And if yes, will we have to face any problems in education for that ?

No, Tashkent Medical Academy is running in the buildings it had earlier. A new campus has been developed with more advanced and beautiful architects but that doesn't affect the study at all. More over, The new building has been opened recently.
