When you get kids watching your content you need to understand 1 of 2 things needs to happen, you either need to constantly keep up with what the "new" kids like, you need to be in the mind set that your audience is always growing up then leaving you so you need to be replacing them with new groups that will then also be replaced. If you start KZbin young and get a young audience either have the energy to always keep up with the "young base" or grow up with your base audience and make your content keep them entertained as they grow with you.

This is very personal for me, as Venturian is the reason I know about GMod to begin with, and really the Half-Life series and Steam as a whole. The only computer games I played before then were Minecraft when the horse was a recent mob, (although I didn't have that version because I also only had the demo version which was somehow permanent?). I really can't imagine a life without playing and knowing the games I own and play now, as well as the enjoyment I had with all his videos. I'm probably a minority, but I NEVER got tired of anything he uploaded, and while there were other videos I liked more than others, (like the Spiderman and batman npc mods, along with the bike s-cars mod, regular show ragdoll video and the Fnaf stuff, and lastly the Papa Achichalla and murder videos), I still enjoyed then (generally) equally. It's really sad to really understand the downfall, but I also really hope he can overcome the limitations he believe he has, (but really ones that he unknowingly placed himself) and actually enjoy doing what he did for a long time. A real fragment of my childhood that I wish can be reborn, I hope one day it happens.. (Sorry for my dumb rant, person who reads this dumb rant).

As a long time viewer and fan of VenturianTale, I did in fact join the fun around I wanna say 2015, and end up almost ghosting from binging the channel completely in August of 2019, this really does help me get the full feel of what happened and why it happened. It should also be noted that the brothers (Jordan and Issac) disowned their sisters because they had different beliefs. The siblings grew up in a extreme Christian household, where it was like very sexist and bigoted to put it simply. Once they grew up, the sisters had started to question the beliefs and got disowned, and their brothers stated that they would cut off all contact with them because they didn’t have the same beliefs (in which they were raised). Which is really sad because Bethany explains it in a 55 minute video about what happened and you can see how truly heartbreaking it is for her that her brothers easily cut her off and would never talk to her over beliefs even though she said she respected theirs but she just wanted them to respect hers. I just don’t see how Issac and Jordan grew up and seemingly had a close bond with their sisters just to cut them off like that. For me, me and my own siblings have different beliefs in terms of religion and politics even. But I would never disown them for that and they would never do that to me either. I’m just happy that Bethany has her sister and mother throughout it all.

I'm 16 and a junior in high school, and the first video I remember ever watching of theirs was the first Gmod video. I was so enthralled by their entertainment ability, I subbed immediately. I watched their videos (mostly) every day after until about 7th grade, so around 2016-2017. At that point, I still watched them, but I had found other creators that were playing more of the types of games I wanted to watch. I literally grew up with this channel, they influenced my comedy, inspired me to do more skit type comedy, and practically built the gaming and entertainment side of my personality. They were so influential on that part of my childhood and development, I cant thank them enough for getting me into entertainment, gaming, and KZbin. Seeing all the stats about their decline legitimately has brought me to tears. This powerful, kid-friendly, KZbin channel is disappearing, and most of the freshman at my high school have never heard of them. I refuse to unsubscribe because I know one day when I have my own kids, I'll introduce them to this channel as their first KZbin channel. I want them to experience the love and pure entertainment in all of their old videos, I want to introduce them to papa acachalla, I want them to laugh and shed tears with them. I want to show them what a golden era KZbin was in during the early 2010's. I hope to pursue history and become a museum curator, and holding on to this specific piece of KZbin history will show the difference in KZbin during my kid's lives compared to mine. I pray for thenreturn of Venturiantale. Apologies for the long read, but I just had a lot I wanted to say about this. If you made it to the end, I have a favor to ask. What's sad about Jordan's KZbin algorithm Rant is that he's actually Right, certain KZbin channels videos, just don't appear in my Subscription box, despite me being subscribed to them. One example of this is when Markiplier uploaded his newest "The Forest" video, it didn't show up in my Subscription box until I had went to his channel manually, and when I put on Notifications, well that doesn't help much either, because it's inconsistent on when it notifys me on when someone uploadeds a video or not, sometimes it will be 5 to 6 days after a content creator uploads the video or even longer, or sometimes it can be on the other side of the spectrum. One example of this is when I was watching a Video of Emgo building the Eagle Moss Ecto-1 set, KZbin sent me a Notification that the video was uploaded...as I was watching it. So when you get mad at Jordan for taking his time, just remember that KZbin likes to take it's sweet time as well. The only other Thing that I can say on the matter is Don't Hate the Player, Hate the Game, and That Game is KZbin.

While the boys were allowed to do what ordinary kids do, the sisters were basically raised to be housewives who are submissive to male authority. Eventually, Cierra rebelled and they stopped talking to her, which is why she stopped appearing in videos. Eventually Bethany rebelled too and made the video explaining all this. Jordan ended up posting a video which stayed up for about a week saying that he loves his siblings and that he will be suspending the channel indefinitely, which is why there hasn't been a post in over a year

I can’t speak for other people, but the reason I remember stop watching was around the time their computers/internet wasn’t working well so only 2 siblings could play at a time. My favorite videos were the ones with all four siblings, so it felt like kind of a slap in the face. That, along with my rapidly declining interest in FNAF and gaining a liking to more edgy content, was probably the most contributing factor as to why I stopped watching them. It’s a shame too because at one point they were my favorite KZbinrs ever! I remember rewatching their FNAF videos over and over (especially the ones with the models chasing them) and even their more standard videos whenever I wanted background noise or something to watch. I even made some online friends from them. I hope all the siblings are doing well for themselves and maybe Jordan will get the push he needs to make more quality content to attract a new generation of adventurers. All of them will always hold a special place in my heart for helping me feel less lonely in middle school and helping me find my sense of humor. But now I’m almost graduated from high school and it’s time to move on.

I seriously miss the siblings, I love all of their acting in any video before the split of the siblings, It's sad that the siblings had to move out and split apart, but they have lifes and they can't just stay in one place and run one channel. I hope that they can all come back and make videos again, but it seems that they are all busy.

these 4 people were extremely important to me in my childhood. Its sad that people my age back then dont have a venturiantale or an old vanoss. It feels like they are stuck in 2012-2014 era of videos where its just Turn on your game, turn on your camera, have fun, clip the good parts, upload. Even though i miss the old gmod videos extremely i cannot say the same for the new videos. its feels too new but too old at the same time. Its like they upgraded all of their computer stuff for more advanced videos but are using the same formula. I honestly hope that venturian sees his mistakes and gets big again.

I feel like fnaf actually played a big part in the death of their channel, that just might sound stupid but just hear me out. (Also, I don’t think the other theories of why the channel died are 100% false, I’m just saying that everyone is ignoring this very obvious factor that plays into the death of the channel.) So, Back in 2014 ,when they made their first few fnaf videos, the channel experienced a viewership boom and the all of their most popular videos became fnaf related. As time went on they noticed the popularity in their fnaf videos and decided to upload nothing but fnaf videos for several months, at first their original audience tolerated the fnaf videos but overtime discontent grew in the community and serval people ended up unsubscribing from the channel. And while most of their audience stopped watching the channel, the amount of fnaf fans that recently came to the channel initially made it seem like the channel was only growing, this will change when the fnaf craze started dying out and venturiantale uploaded less fnaf. This is when it becomes obvious that the channel is dying, not only has most of their long-time audience left but the new viewers lost interest in the stuff they made before fnaf. So yeah, moral of the story? Listen to your fans, not the people who just came to watch you do one thing over and over again because they’ll get bored and leave.

i used to love their content so much. i was like 6 or 7 maybe and watched them until i was around 11? but their content fr made my childhood. in the peak of my fnaf phase i watched all of their fnaf gmod vids and loved them. their papa acachalla vids, cops and robbers, ESPECIALLY the minecraft letsplays. ive rewatched their letsplays a few times because of how much i loved it. but when i think about they didn't ever die out, i just grew up. i still go to rewatch their content sometimes though

I only recently remembered about them. I unsubbed years back, during the decline, the content was just too repetitive. I've since resubbed but don't watch many of his recent videos, I sometimes go back to the very start of the channel and rewatch every single video from their golden age, mainly the Minecraft Tale series. I think it’s too late for them to change. The damage has been done KZbin has changed too much for them to get back their former status. The siblings splitting up really hurt the channel. Jordan is funny don’t get me wrong but the siblings made the channel as stated in the video the without the siblings the channel would have probably been a channel that got a couple thousand subs maybe a million and then dying out after 3 years. But the siblings bouncing off of each other making dumb characters and making jokes. Also time was just a really big contributor to the down fall of the channel. The audience growing up made him die out. I miss him man and would love to see Jordan become a KZbin juggernaut like jacksepticeye and pewdipie but I think it’s too late the damage has been done his siblings jumped ship while Jordan is still trying to sail while his boat fills with water.

This literally brought back so many memories. This was so nostalgic it actually brought some tears to my eyes, videos that were shown in the beginning I remember watching when I was like 8. This is absolutely crazy and when I randomly remembered Venturiantale I noticed that nothing had been posted since last year and I got curious. I’m sad to see it came to an end… how the greats fall. These guys and gals made my childhood and I’m so grateful to them, I’m sure many people are.
