I don’t know if you guys are actually interested in learning more about skinwalkers but i think i had an experience so this is what i’ve learned. they do impersonate animals and humans to lure people to them. They can scream, yell things, talk, etc. and typically with the animals people described them looking odd or walking weird but just something off about it. Usually people experience stuff like this in mountain areas. I live close to the Appalachian mountains and while staying at a friends house who actually lives in the woods I had an experience with one. I was outside alone with my friends 2 big dogs and i start feeling really weird (and i’m not someone that gets super freaked out often). so there was a portion of the backyard and woods I can’t see because of the house. the dogs started looking at that area but not going toward it or barking (which is weird because they are the type to bark their heads off at strangers outside their house). anyway im just sitting there and I heard someone yell hey as clear as i’ve ever heard someone talk like it was in my ear. I got the chills and ran inside and when I came in my friend was in the bathroom and I ran back to her. at the time she said nothing to me because she could already see I was freaked out but didn’t wanna say anything. later when we weren’t at the house she told me while I was outside she also felt super weird (she’s the same as me doesn’t get freaked out often) and so we both believe I encountered a skinwalker.

FYI when i was at senior week in 2009 (IM OLD I KNOW), in Ocean City, Maryland i smoked salvia. Me and my friends were able to get a really potent strain right on the boardwalk. Like i said - this was 2009 and you could get away with a lot more. But i think they've always regulated it to abide by the law, so i know at one point it was atleast legal to be sold in the stores in Maryland. ... i also know that none of this information helps you currently. ok bye

I’m about to show my age but if you’re part of the millennial generation that didn’t have smart phones until later on in life- substitute a newspaper for a book instead! Neuroscientists talk about how pausing and disconnecting is different for generations. My generation best unplugs when we leave our phones at home for x amount of time because we did not grow up with it. Now neuroscientists for the first time are seeing that because the new generation grew up with smart phones, it actually has to opposite effect to not physically have your phone. Of course everyone still benefits from no screen time and taking breaks from their phone; but physically not having the phone does not have the same relaxing effect. Just thought that was interesting and figured I’d share! It was on the Andrew Huberman podcast if you’re interested.
