Dr. Divian shows a way how 1% of the people sitting on top can contribute to 99% of the population positively and effectively to bring out massive changes in their world. He shows how living in this privilege world we can bring positive changes in the rest of our world by thinking beyond ourselves and our needs. He also points out how we/people should pave pathways for the next generation/team to build upon and give them an edge rather than burning their bridges. He humanizes his profession and shares that it is okay to make mistakes and have the tools to overcome them and calls in for more courageous steps.
