This resonates with me. I have given people chances and they disappointed me. Thru even that disappointment, I keep a door open for them to refuse making amends. Thank you! Wow, this has been me trying to shed my old habits and the negative feedback loop in my head. It’s been a crazy back and forth shift within myself tugging between reverting back to my old ways to trying to be and do better. To rewire my brain and stop the negative self-talk and speak with more compassion towards my self. Also I’ve recently met someone, whom I think may actually be the one. But we’ll see.. I got the new job, new friends, new apartment, and I’m starting to live my dream life! The karmic is hanging on, wanting to interject himself into my light, but I know I’ll need to put a stop to it. He’s babysitting my cat while I move, and he bought a cruise for us to go on in November.
