Hey John, could you link some websites where there are bird reference images where the photographer gave permission and encouragement for others to use them? Also, I haven't used it yet, but I bought your book on drawing birds since, oddly enough, flying animals aren't covered much in the other animal drawing books I own.

I have not done the Chickadee yet, Did the Waxwing sharing the berry one to the next till the reach the last. Chickadee when I see them grab a seed and are gone to stash and return to take again only one. unlike the birds that sit and dine I like your IDEA, but as long as it does not take away the word. Play with the word , seen them play a game with paper once They flew with it , and even dragged it on the ground. Several were playing after someone toss out after they shredded paper for the trash. Does the Lettering have to be FANCY?

We get the Carolina ,black capped and the Boreal Many bird in the North where I live their body temps drop along with their heart beat. The Quail will form a circle Hummingbirds and small warblers tend to nest in a tree that a hawk nests where I live. Noticed this in NC and Arkansas., Why because the hawk is most likely to attack what ever is going to rob the nest of the warbler or hummingbird
