Honestly I was never a huge Jojo fan, I did find her a bit annoying personally but was also always of the mindset that she's a smart girl and she should be allowed to do her thing. I'm currently 29 so I was way older than her demographic but I can see why she appealed to the younger audience. Once she came out though her whole aesthetic just clicked with me, I feel like I "got it" and I'm now obsessed with her. To be clear, I didn't just start liking her BECAUSE she's gay but that was what made everything make sense for me. She's so well spoken and sweet and funny and I cannot wait to hear her new music and support her going forward!

When JoJo was talking about the Gay Sarcasm Pass, something that I read recently popped into my head. "Sarcasm" - Is to be used to "Amuse" NOT "Abuse"! If you really think about it, that's why when JoJo said that Gays get a Pass, think of a Straight Man versus a Gay Man - you could see the light bulb go off in Rachel's head. I think that a lot of times Straight Male Comedians (and of course this also can be applied to Women, I'm just going with JoJo's example) will do what is called "Kidding" on the straight. Their joke will have a double meaning and then for a split second, people will wonder if they are serious or not and then they'll laugh. What I think is really funny about this situation is that a lot of times the "Straight" Person will make people wonder if they are joking or not; While a Gay person can say the same joke and everyone will just laugh. The delivery comes across completely different. In my experience I've found that the straight person is actually joking while the gay person more times than not will actually be telling a "truth", but people don't take it that way because of how it was delivered. I hope I'm making sense, my brain is overtired and I'm not sure if it's actually functioning properly! Rachel and JoJo - I hope that you both have a Wonderful Holiday Season filled with Love, Laughter, and the people who are your Family. When I had the booster. The day of I felt fine. The location spot was a little tight feeling. But nothing horrible. The next day after I woke up I could barely lift my arm. And my throat hurt. And as the day went on I felt progressively worse. By that evening I felt like I had the worst flu EVER. And I had the poops and I ached all over and my arm throbbed and my throat felt like I had strep. I went to the doctor because my throat hurt so bad. She looked at my throat and said it didn’t look like strep but she could give me a throat culture just to rule it out. It came back negative. I had a low fever like literally 98 when my normal temperature is 96. She said it was just a side effect from my booster. I should feel better in about a week. And sure enough. By day 6 I felt a lot better and then each day that went by was even better. It took about 9 days for it to go back to normal.

@@tiffprendergast It’s kinda scary. But because of medical issues I think it’s probably best that I keep getting them. I think the major difference that time was that I got it at a Walgreens. And the pharmacist that gave it to me, gave it like she was throwing a dart. My husband sat across from me. And he said as she pulled the needle out my skin pulled with it. And she did his the exact same way. I normally got it at the community health center. They are super gentle and I never got sick before from them. Thanks for your advice but I gotta stick with it.
