I cannot tell you how hyped I was when I saw that AL Bismarck was coming to Legends. I literally started playing Azur Lane because of her in 2020 a month before her event had a rerun. Got her there, quite literally fell in love with her, and she never left the flagship position of my main fleet.

Maybe Try Bismarck with accuracy/reload build I use 16/2 Franz Von Hipper with Flammable Cannonier, Knight's Spirit, Marksmanship, Properly Meticulous and Fight fire with fire, with John Arbuthnot Fisher and Andrew Cunningham as inspirations, for equipment, Aiming systems, Rudder, Concealment and Main Battery Reload, the choice between spotter and secondary booster is up to the person

never use the spotter; you get one, maybe 2 salvos with slightly better accuracy (the bonuses in this game are a joke), hoping they don't turn out, and you lose a whole consumable slot for it. i always use secondary targeting for when someone pops up around the corner and i want to hurt their feelings rapidly. otherwise, hipper 16/4, cannoneer, spirit, marksmanship, meticulous, will to rebuild with scharnhorst and al colorado both at 16/2. with accuracy mod, steering gears, spotting range increase (helps a lot against destroyers, and once you start shooting concealment systems becomes useless anyway), and main battery mod3, bismark really comes alive, and secondaries are good enough to keep intelligent players at a distance without needing all the equipment used to mod them. only downfall is when my teammates slide all around me mid-push and i have nobody to help rebuild.

AL Bismarck is going to be the same thing as AL Scharnhorst. Nobody’s ever gonna use her as a commander, but you’ll want to get her/upgrade her solely due to her base trait for an inspiration. I put my level 12-2 AL Bismarck on my Atlantico and oh my god…

No, you specifically want her as the base commander for German secondary builds. When combined with von Hipper and ARP Haruna, you get some of the most accurate secondaries in this game. AL Bismarck as an inspiration by herself is not worth it, since Haruna and von Hipper already do it better. Only scenario this wouldn‘t apply, would be if one wants to run Geisler for whatever stupid reason.

Your German pronunciation of the German "W" was actually quite right. Thumbs up for that. Wahrheit means TRUTH. And the key for the proper pronunciation is the "A". For us Germans, the English A sounds a lot like "Ey" (shout out to all fans of the Fonz🎉). I run her full secondary build, hipper and arepegio Haruna as inspirations. For skills i go witn brawler, porcupine, wahrheit, and properly meticulous. She is a beast in ranked with its 3v3 only, that 8% dr goes a long way when you only need to fight 3 people at a time in a battle crusier (less fires means the german battle crusier dcp can be used with less caution.) Also helps that the map is only 20 or so km long, so by the time you get spotted only so far to secondary range. Got 568 secondary hits in a single match in my ky Zieten with her.

This is pretty much what I kept saying once we saw AL Bismarck traits. Hide with Hipper and Haruna is still the better option for an all out secondary build. Giving up the 15% on secondary dispersion of Haruna and the 10% buff to main guns of Hide just aren't worth the ultimately irrelevant amount of reload AL Bismarck nets you. I also found Bismarck struggles with an all in secondary build unlike the Battlecruiser counterparts. Really Bismarck is better for a hybrid build, utilizing the extra accuracy with Hide and his Alidad perk and Von Essen as one of the inspirations really catches people off guard when you get some ridiculous pens.

If I would use AL Bismarck as my primary commander, I would put either AL Scharnhorst or Iachino, or Cunningham to help with main gun accuracy, then I would recommend Franz Von Hipper to increase secondary gun range and secondary gun shell grouping. This is why Bismarck is better with a hybrid build. The German battlecruisers are perfect secondary build ships.

As is the usual, I can't agree with anything Spartan said or demonstrated...and here is why. I believe Spartan, in a diabolical attempt at confirmation bias, tipped off the players on the Red Team, who are working with Spartan in collusion. Hence this was a choreographed demonstration between Spartan and a few members of the Red Team no doubt rehearsed to near perfection thanks to training rooms & hypnosis. The Red Team clearly knew where to be so Spartan could appear to miss. Spartans trademark "dreadnaught shuffle" is conducted in a way to alert the next "target" of what to expect, along with encrypted messaging that can't be picked up by the common viewer. I discovered this messaging by playing the entire audio segment of this video backwards at half-speed and there the treachery was unveiled to my shocked ears. Not since the days of the infamous 1919 Black Sox Scandal has there been such a focused effort to undermine the credibility of the German battleships in WoW Legends. The 2017 Sign-Stealing Houston Astros joined that club, and now SpartanElite43 is the latest to give in to the temptations of fame and extravagance in the pursuit of absolute power and influence.

As a German fanboy, the guns 100% suck on German BBs. Their is nothing like taking a shot at a broadside cruiser from medium range with a accuracy build and having 60% of the shells still disperse oddly and hit around the cruiser while the rest citadel or cause alot of damage. Yes that shot citadels or does alot of damage but in a USN, or Soviet BB that same shot is a dev strike or leaving them with barely any hp instead of just a few good hits. I said what I said and I don't care. Still love Germany but the BBs get on my damn nerves. The battle cruisers slap.

You're not alone. I find Bismarck, and her sister, to be really underwelming. With so much HP in the superstructure I don't even find them particularly tanky. I still play Bismarck sometimes though because i like historical ships, even if they're meh in the game.

My first match with Prinz Rupprecht and i've Azur lane Bismarck on it and the damage result was 246k. The secondaries were kinda strong and easily set a fire on opponent players. Especially on battleships.

What I hate the most is that every branch needs to be unique. The American have accurate guns. The Germans have long range secondaries. The Japanese have high fire chance. The Italian have SAP. The French have unique 4 barrel turrets on only the front of the ship It's stupid because you can't barely make builds with triats they don't have. You can put a dispersion and accuracy build on a Bismarck and it still outlines the ship and hits nothing.

I main German BB they are 80% of my thousand+ games. I only run seccondary builds ONLY on German battle cruiser and they WRECK. sonar dds you eat anyone for breakfast, the accuracy is high enough to fully commit to seccondary build. The German main line bbs are all hybrid accurace/survivability build 100%.

Simple best argument AL Bismarck is best as an inspiration if you don’t have Haruna. Henry J Hide is honestly better in every single way better main Gun accuracy day and night difference between Henry J hide and AL Bismarck. While she is a bit more defensive, Henry J Hide making your guns accurate and actually having a chance to be able to hit a target is better. Although on certain ships like F def Grosse AL Bismarck is not bad because the guns are decently accurate and have goood range.

Scharnhorst or Hipper to get the most out of the main guns as on the bismarcks the secondaries tend to be very inaccurate so getting the most out of the mains will be highly beneficial

All in on secondaries, main guns suck. Who knew? The German capital ships aren't exactly known for accuracy, but building against them sure doesn't help--and secondaries don't win games. Hybrid builds fare better and at least give you some flexibility to deal with less than ideal situations.

Bro how tired were you when you made the part with recommending propulsion mod for more speed? Yeah you get to your top speed faster but you don't get extra beyond it top speed remains the same if your at full you stay at full unless your turning or reducing throttle. I like propulsion mod personally I use the throttle to help me turn by that I reduce throttle before 1/4 of the way into the turn and return to full speed about the same time I am 3/4 of my full turn.

I think the nerfing of the German BB guns is outright cheating by the DEVS in this game. Historically German artillery both land and naval was considered some of the finest in the world. I like the higher tier German BBs and BCs but I'll be damned if I'm wasting £15 on a commander for them.

I got this commander and made it 16/4. It's a bad choice. Reload is worse and main guns suck way to much. It was a waste. Using Hyde with hipper and haruna is the best build. Main gun range, secondary range and reload is the best. My 2 cents

LoL, AL bismarck with hipper and the german aircraft carrier also same build with zieten lol 2nd olny but spartan is 100 on bismarck. reload reload reload seems to be the very best other than everything eles lol
