I'm not in cahoots with the Biscuits camp, it's more of an unwritten agreement, more or less, that i have the privilege of archiving their material, but i have to navigate not pissing them off or stepping on their toes on my own using my best judgement. And since they are (seemingly) uploading portions of videos from their shows again (like recently with Helix -> TBC), i now feel like i should see what they are going to upload before i post anything. This is the reason for the delays as of late.

@@sadboi7537 it would/will suck if there's ever some sort of change of mind and this channel gets nuked, since there are several years worth of work put in, but it becomes clearer and clearer to me that there has been a conscious decision behind closed doors to allow this channel to do its thing. i mean, i have suspected this for a long time, but, it became more and more obvious over time when i have gotten more than one messages over the years, "what do i need to do in order to not get a copyright restriction -> strike against my account?" the answer? i don't know? i get copyright restrictions, but there is a concerted effort that goes into it that prevents this channel from getting strikes against it (regarding the Biscuits. i did receive a strike for uploading Tool - 7empest to a private video when the new tool album came out in late 2019, so it's not like this channel is invisible and immune to copyright strikes), despite receiving copyright restrictions for my uploads (proof of this can be seen here: ibb.co/VVQjzDd). I guess what happens is, and this is just conjecture, any monetary gain from this channel goes to the artists who owns the copyrights to the material, which i think SHOULD happen; because i would not feel good about myself profiting from uploading other artists work. So, it seems like a win-win-win for all. And since it's not wise to fix things that aren't broken, the channel remains. That's my best guess. I should have n1 of Denver up today. If you haven't seen it, dude, you are in for a massive surprise at this webcast production. Crazy huge upgrade.
