So pleased you were able to cruise with the family! Begin taking the motion sickness meds a day before embarkation so it gets in your system! There is free motion sickness meds available outside the medical centre onboard! For severe cases, the doctor cn give you a jab. The shipping lane from Port Canaveral is usually rocky when headed to the Bahamas or southward. Some more tips: Use fizzy drink cups instead of a cone for the soft serve ice cream. If you are tall, use the showers in the spa changing rooms (or fitness centre on other cruise ships). They're much taller, wider, and bigger than in the stateroom. And you save time getting ready when sharing a stateroom! I hope you checked out the food in the Concierge Lounge! The Disney Magic remains my favourite of the fleet especially with the fully wraparound sheltered Promenade Deck and there are three sets of lifts on the Magic, instead of only two sets of lifts on the Wish.
