Good morning sir I hope you are fine sir 🙏 Sir , we both brother can't continue with the institution. We tried our best to settled our problems but we failed sir. Actually i want to tell you something about the things happened with us in last days. That, i am doing PhD from Himachal Pradesh university,Shimla under direct admision through JRF. Sir, according to this i will be getting scholarship while doing phd there in shimla. I wanted to continue with HIMALAYAN GROUP and i opted to do job there continue. Even respected Chairman sir asked me "would you continue, if yes, we have no problem, we will credit your salary in your brother account and you can continue here and also can get your scholarship from University". Sir we both brothers were very happy, because we are belong to very very poor family and here because of respected Chairman sir we were getting some more money in the form of salary and scholarship also. Even respected Chairman sir also assur us to increase our salary from 18600 to 21600 per mont h from next month ( August). Sir everything was going very good and we were happy with everything, with chairman sir and also with the work we are doing there in Himalayan college. Sir this Himalayan college is not only a college for us but is a temple for us. We both brothers were not in the position of doing law. Even our parents could not allow us to do it if Respected vice chairman sir would not took us here and helped us in our studies. Himalayan Group gave us free food, shelter, education for five years. We always wanted to do better for our Himalayan group. We wanted to serve to college with dedications. we did our all efforts to increase the asmiasions in law. We satisfied the students with all our efforts. Sir, i am not telling you any false story. But it's truth. Our inner consciousness always force us to do something good for college only. You cant believe that we always prayed in our mind for developmwnt of law college and Himalayan group. We always pray for better of the group , of the chairman sir, vice chairman sir . We were so happy that we are serving un college which created us, formed us .we were serving here since 2018 and wanted to serve here for many more years. Chairman sir was also giving us salary increment. Why should be leave the college. Chairman sir was offering me to get salary and also scholarship. I was allowed to get double benefits. No one onwer can do it for his employees. But chairman sir is not less than any God for us. Everhing was going good, but God wanted something different . Dr.Sanjay Sindu sir ( Dean and chairman of law faculty ) called to HOD sir ( digvijay sir ) and told to sir that " we know mukesh is doing job there and we are going to stop his scholarship and cancellation of his PhD candidature" HOD sir called me in office and told me everything. I started to cry sir, But i thought there is no written order and also there is no attendance in university which is being taken by faculty of law . I felt relaxed and continued word there in Himalayan group. But sir, finally they send notice to me in email. Even they upload the notice in Himachal Pradesh university website of law dept.( I will share you the notice issued on 25/08/2022 by university) Sir, in the University notice now they made it compulsory to attend the University, mark attendence not only for me but for munish sir also. I will share you the another notice issued for compulaory attending the 18 month course work in university and compulsory residence . Now we both brother have two options 1) to leave the scholarship and phd 2) to go to Shimla for settling the things and come back to himalayan college Sir with the hope that everything will be fine soon, we took leave from hod sir and came to Shimla. But sir, in shimla we became bound to be there . They stated to regular attendence. There is proper attendence register in the university where the attendance of phd scholars are marked. Sir, we had no option than to stay in shimla. Sir , we thought that we will stay in shimla for 1-2 weeks and after settling the things we will come back to himalayan group. But sir, god wanted something different Sir also I have not got the scholarship of 3 months as i was not there in university, my batchmates received the scholarship of all last three months but university stopped my scholarship of last three months. Sir, we can't continue there in Himalayan college. Sir, we respect chairman sir, we can't face chairman sir. Chairman sir gave us very very good offer. Said us for increasing our salary. But gave us two option 1) leave the job 2) continue the job. Sir we did not want to leave the college. This college is a temple for us. We always wanted to serve there . Do better for our college. But we failed due to uncontrollable reasons. I hope sir you will understand our problems. We can't continue but would always want to serve later if things are going good, and everything would be as per our convenience. Sir please forgive

There are 2 situations 1) she was Muslim and convert to other religion . In such a case, marriage would not be Dissolved automatically, but if woman want to take decree for Dissolution of muslim marriage, she is allowed to file petition under any of the grounds of Act mentioned under section 2 2) If she was not muslim and belonged to some other religion but she converted to muslim, and she again re-converted to that religion from which she converted to muslim, in such a case section 4 will not be applicable, it means in this case marriage will be Dissolved automatically and woman cannot apply under section 2 for dissolution of marriage.
