@@Vizehwell before money... I have two childhood friends that went pro... The one that was on Millwall and Tottenhams books is now prison for life and the one who signed for Millwall without any academy/center of excellence experience is currently still pro 10 years later at Sunderland having also played for his country. Having the same agent as theo walcott in year 11, free adidas clothing, all the girls at your feet and being revered by all the local 'hard' boys even though you're not hard causes people to go mad. Whereas the other guy enjoyed the local girls but because no agent flashy fashion ect he wasn't revered by the local thugs therefore freeing him from keeping up with joneses and focusing on football.

Im from Brasil. Bruno case was huge here, they kept on the News for months. For me the crazy part is the fact that after his released (for good behavior) there were clubs that wanted to hire him. Small ones that arent on the first division.
@M-Soares Жыл бұрын
Bruno's case was especially notorious because it was very gruesome, obviously, but also because Bruno was arguably at the best moment of his carrer up to that point, first team keeper and captain of one of the biggest Brazilian clubs, Flamengo, and having recently won the Brazilian League, rumours starting to go around that Milan might scoop him up as Dida's replacement. Then, out of nowhere, this news drops and everyone was completely shocked, really crazy times.

The most shocking thing about Ronaldinho's case is that he actually DIDN'T NEED to have a fake Paraguayan ID to travel to Paraguay, he could've just used his regular Brazilian ID, because it's accepted as a valid travel document under the Mercosur countries
@M-Soares Жыл бұрын
Yep, this is the dumbest part of this whole mess, even if Ronaldinho couldn't use his passport, BRAZILIANS DON'T NEED A PASSPORT TO GO PARAGUAY, both countries have a freedom of movement agreement. To this day I don't understand wtf happened.
@aimanrashidi2426 Жыл бұрын
@@M-Soares maybe because the Brazilian government seized his passport also meant that he is not allowed to leave the country? Idk, just my theory
@publicrelations9612 Жыл бұрын
Well it’s fraud isn’t it. He owed a significant amount of money and posed a clear flight risk. So his passport was taken to prevent him passing the Brazilian borders. So what options to leave does one of the most famous and recognisable footballers have. Of the options available to him trying to pass on a dual nationality scam using pretty much authentic documents for Paraguay was the option he chose. There will more likely be factors as to why this was the best option for him which we will not know about but in essence it’s just because his passport was taken and he didn’t want to pay what he should have.

Ronaldinho is just stupid, all the head injuries really got to him 💀
@vitoraugusto9596 Жыл бұрын
@@aimanrashidi2426i think he just did not know about the id thing and bought that fake paraguayan id. When he was asked for his id, he showed the fake one to the authorities, and that is a crime, even if it was stupid and unecessary of his to have one in the first place.

the news last summer about Partey was so sad because he was my fav player i didnt know what to think, can you blame people if they like the players and some even buy their shirts but few years later they turn out to be massive criminals/sex offenders? Personally, i just think people that chant "u employ Partey/Greenwood' are so counterproductive because, it literally achieves nothing apart from shaming the fans for supporting their club as if they have power over the people they employ. But if i had to press the button to send all those types of criminals to jail and never let them ever play on proffesional stage, i would do it in a heartbeat. Just hate the people who shame other fans for having those players play for the club they support
