@@zayguxpo007 hard to say without knowing your skill level. When I marched we were Div I. Southwind is currently Open Class, I believe, and have a plan to eventually return to Div 1 (I think). Ultimately, the decision is yours to audition, but more auditions never hurt anyone, and you'll most likely leave the experience with more knowledge.

@@zayguxpo007 Like the other commenter said, the best way to know is to audition. SW is open class, so you could say it would be easier to attain than Blue Devils or Cadets. Best way to know is try!

More than 20 years later I'm trying to regain the chops to keep up with you (even though by your own admission you slowed it down 10%). Fantastic stuff. I've added licks through the years in my head and find it hard to remove them now lol.

@@drummerboy67003 Been working and working and finally had a clean playthrough with your video. It's like riding a bike. You remember how but those muscles aren't what they used to be. Thanks again for posting! It has been fantastic reference for me to figure out what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong. Once I got the basic sections down, the hardest part has been counting the single stroke rolls and ending exactly on the correct stroke.
