Ahah, I’m not quite ready to bother you with my sensor fusion just yet. But hearing about a 71-meter-tall barrel being caught by sticks only makes me more eager to study these tools. Thank you again for the quality of your videos! They're a real treat. Pierre From France

AE 501: This was a great lecture on the divergence theorem! Especially when discussing the addition of surfaces to create a closed volume to create an easier computation.

AE501: The use of props is on point for these kinds of problem. Well done!

AE501 - I never really appreciated the Divergence Theorem in undergrad because of the way it was taught (more proofs than application). Your video of what the Divergence Theorem is and how it can be used made it click in 25 minutes. Thank you!

AE501: Your explanation of the Divergence Theorem makes a lot of sense, thanks!

AE501: Thank you for the review of the Divergence Theorem. The reminder on making sure the normal vector is pointing the correct direction was useful.

AE501: Loving the methods that we are able to compare between both the divergence theorem as well as surface integrals!

AE501B: Johnny Riggi. Very insightful look into the divergence theorem. The tupperware sphere was very helpful in demonstrating your points. What a great idea!

AE501: This helped with the HW. Going through the notes and seeing how we can get the same answer using the brute force method shows how useful Divergence Theorem can be!

AE501: The Divergence Theorem can only be used when the surface is closed. It is easier to calculate in this theorem than the surface integral. Thank you for the video.

I studied this theorem on fluid mechanics. My professor says that is applicable on a control volume which surface is constant.
