Hi Alex! An acquaintance of my family members also worked in Hollywood! His name is David sams! I'm not sure how they spell the last name! He was involved with the King brothers Hollywood syndicate! When they were developing the wheel of fortune show! I haven't tried to contact any of his family members to inquire anything at all about him! Because materialistic items mean nothing to me! My heart aches for the needy! Being alive is enough Blessings for me! Thank you for this show! I can't believe the timing of this showing up for me on this day. Yesterday I had a QHHT session booked but it was not successful, I just simply could not let go and go into trance,and instead just broke down in tears. My lovely qhht practitioner assured me it's likely its because I'm still carrying too much grief and sadness from losing my love who died of suicide in 2019. So I have been so frustrated with myself, feeling so low, and just beating on myself for "failing" to do this QHHT which was something I have wanted to do for years and really thought the time was right. This interview and Sara's message reminded me to have love and compassion for myself. And to lighten up and remember to look for the joy in life. It was no coincidence I came across this video today. I’ve been on a journey throughout this lifetime. As a child, I was profoundly homesick for something or somewhere. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t go home. As an adult, I am aware of the spiritual realm in many ways. It’s been difficult to go against the church teachings. I have studied religions, enlightenment, occultism, reincarnation, and much “New Age” information over the years. My moment of confirmation that God exists and cares for us came during my darkest moments after my daughter’s death. I was sitting on the floor screaming at God to give me just ONE reason not to die, to go on living. At the moment of this crisis my eyes were drawn to a book on my shelves. I crawled over and put my hand on a book. When I sat back I was crying so hard I couldn’t even see the words on the page I had flipped to. When I could focus, the words came at me like a ton of bricks. It was a chapter heading entitled “The Dead Do Not Die” That was a turning place for me. I could see beyond my pain to the truth that my daughter is still part of my life and only a thought away. Since then I’ve reached out to others going through the grief experience to help them reach a place of healing. God, or Source, truly leads us and loves us through the process of humanity. I am a different person as I move along this path. I’m glad I found your podcasts. You are an inspiration for many. You are wonderfully talented. Thank you. ❤

Started tearing when she talked about the ego. I've always felt that most tend to treat the body and ego as something to be disdained or shunned in our spiritual journey rather than gift/instruments given to us to work and experience w/. The moment she talks about how she was in full acceptance of herself and didn't need others to approve or understand, I felt my energy resonate. That is where I am too. This was simply amazing! Needed to hear it all. The questions asked were fantastic. So well stated/ The answers were as we somehow know in our heart and yet find it hard to except ourselves and approve of ourselves and to realize we are worthy, for sure. Self concern and self-defense and also low self-esteem gets in the way and even the feeling of loss and feeling of separation are very hard to overcome. But they are not real unless we allow it to be that way. Knowing we really have not lost those who have moved ahead and before us to another side of a thin veil is so important and to know they are near us always. The good and only good can ever be around us, and if we have contact with any negative person or thought we have a lesson to learn. We can overcome all of the blocks in our way. We can overcome it and we can do it, as we are never alone. We are loved by every person who has made he voyage right n front of us, just before us.' When we give we do receive. ' Never will we suffer alone, and we do not really need to suffer when we think and keep our thoughts and heart above it and ask for the help ad know that you will be helped once we are able to receive all e need when we need it, am sure! The messages were perceived by all as needed am sure. We need all the help, and we have it. So, this means so much to me to hear it all. "Faith, Hope and love and the greatest of these are love" s per the bible 1 Cor ch 13. This is most important of all. This is heard and more from the channeling and questions asked. This is just me, and each person may have picked up one more item as that is needed by them, we all have certainly things we needed to hear and know.

Thank you! I sent this to our son - whom I think is in need of knowing he is worthy of love. Not that we don't tell him, but I think he believes that parents must say the words regardless. He was a cold water drowning at 7 years old - his grandfather was able to bring him back, but I don't think he is able to get past it. I've just realized, while gazing out the window, that I have always been in touch with something higher and that has happened through the way I talk to myself-when I am in a state of alignment with myself, I think in third person, "We're doing great...", "Are we doing this thing or that thing?", "What do we want?". To self sabotage can possibly be an addictive form of self pity. Loved the part about the animals loving being petted-my kids bequeathed me with a beautiful husky malamute wolf three month old girl pup Sky. I taught her to STAY HOME by putting her up on picnic table each night and petting her and loving her 20 minutes-that and a fenced yard worked-wherever she goes people are in awe of Sky's physical beauty , but it is really her love that is shining through. It was a very powerful experience to listen from the council. I experience out of the body before during meditation and listening to Sara brought me that experience again amd feeling those moments again. Her experience about her brother is taliking to him is so profound. Listening to Sara makes me understand me the consciousness amd understanding my lufe experiences.
