Ingredients:
Eggs - 2 pieces
Greek yogurt 130g (1/2 cup)
Butter 80g - 1/3 cup (5.6 tablespoons)
Milk 80g - 1/3 cup milk
Cocoa 30g - 1/4 cup
Chocolate 100g - 3.5 ounces (oz)
Wheat flour 200g - 1 2/3 cups
Sugar 100g - 1/2 cup
Baking Soda - One packet (1 teaspoon)
Salt powder - (approx. 1/8 teaspoon)
Frozen or fresh fruit
Method of preparation:
We gradually mix wet ingredients, eggs with yogurt, milk, melted butter, salt powder. Add the sugar and stir well until it melts. Sift flour and cocoa, add baking powder. After you have incorporated all the ingredients well. Melt the chocolate and add it to the mixture. Add the fruit and mix slowly until the fruit is incorporated into the dough, no more.
We put the composition in special molds and put them in the preheated oven.
5 minutes at 220°C and 20 minutes at 180°C.
