Best new hybrid build? I think not.... All i see is spamming some seeker mines... Doing low dmg and low survival. Try ninja+3umbra. & Either 2p china/empress or what u like.... Then u got dps and skillz. Go somewhere between 4-6skill tiers dependent on what u like and how much dmg u want the skillz to do...

Survival is what you make it. Dependent upon your playstyle. He runs all kind of content with low survival builds. You just gotta do better my guy

Does this load out only work (or works best) with Seeker and sticky? How would this build work if you changed skills? What if you swapped out China light for another skill focused brand? Could you get higher skill haste/damage if you used a brand that had those as a brand bonus?

Nice. You could also give Chillout mask a chance. One more slot for skill damage or additional skill haste can give you an edge with an interesting brand set bonuses.

...so how about a special Hunter weapon? RNG based system, so when you kill a Hunter, he would drop his weapon - AR, Sniper, Pistol etc - and that weapon will be a "buffed" weapon with higher % attributes than normal...god rolled yes, but you cannot change them attributes or talents, they are what they are. That will be interesting...

The 6 skill tiers come from the two yellow pieces, the hard wired kneepads, the picaro’s holster (because of the ninjabike), the ninjabike backpack itself, and the technician specialization. Pistol is not needed

Your specialization gives you 1 skill tier, the pistol gives 1 skill tier, the brazos with ninja pack gives 2 skill tier and you have chest, gloves, kneepads that gives 3 skill tier total... wouldnt that mean you have a total of 7 skill tiers? shouldnt you swat one of the from chest, gloves or kneepads to either a red core or blue core?

Its gear set item. It sounds like 2 thinks to me. One ur a low level and dont have the ability to search for gear or brands set. Or you have a color blind filter on so you can see the items better.

@@GuadalupeF.Arredondo if thats the case do u have the watch? It sounds like ur a low level. If u keep leveling up ur get purple then yellow. U can get the teal color item as u level up. But if you dont have countdown or the summit unlock after you hit lvl 40. Ur going to have a hard time getting teal items from my experience.

Explain, why need all of these hybrid builds , why need to invent bicycle when we have have enough builds for any circumstances. Want to seeker mine? Okay, take it and get better damage and haste. Want drone/turret, okay take it best for legendary. Want normal yellow build that still better than striker, take it. All of such "brand new" builds are sucking blood from finger , people should admit that game gave max but The Division content creators needs activity on channels and since there is nothing to show anymore, most of content is "hey, I found brand new build, that you don't really need, but I need views". Nobody adequate will use hybrid build
