Bonus point for using the new brandset and I do like me some weapon handling, but ultimately ends up in the NBB power deficit trap. The juice isnt worth the squeeze vs ye olde crit build with vigilance or even vs momento stacked up. I might try to lean into spotter (perfect will give some aok with nbb) and a stronger shield (LLP with technician) since at least NBB returns *some* efficiency there as Im not sold on oblit with a semi auto (even though you will eventually get 2 max stacks). Piccaros would be a decent fit in that context especially with an artificer hive. You'd probably get more out if 1p providence overall vs the 1p walker. Thats my biggest beef with NBB- very few options for crit builds that arent gearsets (like this slightly less than optimal 1p negotiators or umbra) just due to the way brand bonuses are constructed. I wish brands gave all their bonuses and just increased all amounts with more pieces vs discrete all or nothing bonuses at each level. But thats not on the table.

Off the top of my head, what if you swapped the W&H and second Zwia pieces for Ceska and Prov? The extra 20% CHC from set bonuses would open up room for a lot of CHD elsewhere. I like where it's going, anyway--I'll probably try both and see how they perform.
