Are there any known constraints for the loot? Must the Player be in Endgame or do they also drop during the main campaign?

Exotics are level 30 & above...also if u have a chatterbox already you can't have it on your character or in the stash (have to put it on another character)

it's not always guaranteed in that box in jud square same as fed triangle i had to open two of them to find it

Go past it & at the other end of the big room dead ahead is a door, inside is a fuse box to interact with...that door should open afterwards

There's two bud, one I showed in the video...make sure you are not on invaded as that makes it a black tusk mission

No worries bud...tip: shoot a couple bullets out before entering a room, then reload near enemies 👍 It's great now, but it's gunna be a monster with y6s3 modifiers at the end of the month 💪
