Been thinking about a mule for a while. This video is easily the clearest out there - so cheers for that. Thing is, now I know what to do I don’t think I’ll bother. Grinding for gear and mats to invest is what makes the game fun. A great Countdown run to boost your library and then donate to expertise would be pointless with endless resources. So cheers for the video and making my decision easy!

Absolutely love this comment. 💯💯 I am the same, I do the video for content as people want to know and I am in the views business but other than that, I don't bother. I have never touched watche mules other than to create these videos and agree that the grind is the fun in the game. I see a lot of people getting bored quick that do this. I think for the people that have less time, and don't get to game much then go ahead. But if you play regular, just enjoy the game is my advice and progress natually.

Great idea about the DZ though. I'm SHD 1200 so the DZ is just instant death for me! The chance for those DZ exotics to drop is enough for me to go with a new character. Again, great videos and ongoing coverage!

If you are playing solo like me, You should save the best gear you find on the mule runs for next run, Add mods etc etc I basically have gear with near max crit chance/damage stats for every few new levels up to 40, Blast through it even doing Keener as soon as I pop lvl 40 just put on LMG heartbreaker set and use Pestilence, He can hide behind cover all he wants as his health bar goes to zero. Edit: Make sure to favourite those lvl 30+ max gear pieces you build up to max so you don't end up deleting them for next mule run whenever you do it whether that's weeks, months or a year later.

Quicker way is to do the missions in NY. A level 40 player selects Story Mode with 5 directives. It will give you 800,000+ xp. I took two 30 players into Stranded Tanker and they got 1 million xp at level 37. For some reason it gives more xp and it's quicker than running challenging or heroic.

If you boost into ny you will not have projects until you get pass keener, if you boost into dc you will have your weekly projects, from 30 to 40. If you keep side missions for after watch you will be able to run them with directives. Bounties drop where side missions are, so bounties with only drop in done side missions areas.

It's great for getting through the expertise levels. And yes it is definitely a legitimate mechanic in the game. If anything it's an earned benefit. The more you grind, more time and energy put in...all the less you'll have to in the future.(Kind of like the opposite of diminishing returns 😋)

I think my game is glitched bc I finished the game and beat Keener and when I got back to Haven, I never got my watch. I'm level 40, did I do something wrong?

2000 premium credits (19,99€)i don't know if it will be permanently unlocked afterwards or you have to buy it everytime, as long as you don't have the expansion. But if you have to buy it everytime, it's cheaper to just buy the Expansion and boost however much you want. WoN is on sale until 07/25/24 (24.07.2024) for 7,50€.

I noticed my main character only had SHD or 87 but my 2nd character has over 600 - does this not get shared only the materials between the 2?

Good vid. I tend to run solo so the dz option would suit me. Haven't done a mule for ages but my expertise is going slow so probably a good idea at this point. ✌️👍🏻

I did that, DZ Run is very lucrative, you get XP, DZ Credit and Exotic component, and when you reach LV40, Materials. I was thinking of trying Descent run for NSA credit and EXP but I'm terrible there🤣🤣 The most tedious part was after the one endgame, my LV30 gear became Lv29. I had to build a new lv31 set and I still need Memento lv31🤣

@@AZ-dj1ni Memento @ 29 still works a treat through to 40 - my LVL30 Memento and Scorpio were both made into LVL29 and they both carry through to 40 no issues at all

hello or watched the interesting video the expert part there is still to say that each level to pass to another you need 88k of printer filaments they could have done less it was much less expensive in terms of time on the part of the player, unfortunately it is not so some update for this thing will come out or will it remain like this?

Good question, I would aim for 2000 as that would give you 1200 points to play with. But even before that can work for getting a build optimized with about 800 points to play with. I have done mules at just 1500 watch level before now

That's a good question and I concur with GCs answer. 2k is the best. I'm 4k now and any mules I create will give me boatloads of resources.

Hey there, it’s hard to believe that you pulled that off to grind 10lvl in 2hours solo. Just to clarify dz landmark gives 66k, you need 628k and increasing > that means you need 9-10 landmarks for 1 level up ! For 9 level you would need to clear around 80-90 landmarks. Exp from enemies included. Do you want us to believe that you do a landmark in 1,5min including going from one to the next landmark ? I just tried that and after 4 hours I only have 7lvl ups. Since the gear is shit and doesn’t hit that hard, it’s also a high risk to die. In general I like your content but this seems to be a little staged to make it more appealing. But if I am wrong than I am really sorry but would like to see how it’s done. Thx for your videos, in general I really enjoy them. Greetings ✌🏻

personally i still prefer doing solo WONY since i just refuse to go in the dark zone and for wony your no longer required to start/finish keeners mission (which lowers the average from 5h to about 3 1/2hs)but for some reason you dont get the projects even after logging out and in again so i think that might be a bug

get to L30, stay in DC, get a L40 friend to take you through a dozen or so heroic bounties with all directives, job done :)

i created a mule but im stuck at SHD level 0 after reaching 40. Is it a known bug or only for me?

@@GCROCK Nope. The latest patch says you need to do a side mission to unlock the watch after reaching 40. Talk to the Quartermaster, and then it will be unlocked.

Hi GC love all your videos thank you for all the time and dedication you give us all back to help us improve. I have two questions for you - 1. On a couple of occasions now, ive run NY, GOT THE WATCH, returned to DC, spent my watch scavenger points then I go to INYA to buy the shared materials - ONLY TO DISCOVER THERES NO SHARED MATERIALS OR BLUEPRINTS THERE FOR ME TO BUY. 2. my latest new agent completed NY got the watch etc... but my crafting bench is only on superior - it does say i can upgrade bench which i have done loads of times using resources and millions of credits yet no sign of the bench going to high end - do you or your viewers have any solutions to these problems please Or is this something i need to ask Ubisoft support about thank you

Hey, thanks for the words. In regards to the shared blueprints that is new to me, no idea why they wouldn't show. But in regards to the crafting station, this is a known bug currently and they are working on fix for the next update they do 👍

i really wish they never merged the end games. i loved being able to run around the dz at level 30 for farming exotic components and stuff plus it was basically the vanilla game which I'm starting to prefer. Its way too bloated now. oh well. I'm sure they'll get the next game right. lol

Ubisoft has changed the rules and nobody seems to have noticed. There is no longer a fast way to level up a mule character. They have taken it away.

@@GCROCK have you tried in the past week? Things have changed. I created a new character in DC, boosted to level 30, and ran Lincoln Memorial...got great XP. Then, had some friends run DUA on heroic and invite me in for the finale...got 23,000XP for that. Ran another mission the same way (don't remember which) and got 30k for the kills during the run, but 0 XP at the end.

Only 530.000 xp? With a friend who is lvl 40 you can do open world activities like Propaganda broadcast on Heroic with 5 directives and gain 489.000 xp or Executions and gain 519.000 xp all in just a few minutes.
