@@RafyelBrooks from what I read it says this issue has been on going for players. it says to restart your game entirely could take a few tries. if you're in a group it says leave the group and rejoin and it also says to try again in an hour or so. hope this helps

When that happens to me I spawn at the nearest checkpoint and run to the vendor. If I logout or restart from the vendor the items still do not show.
