This is interesting cause in PA there is a whole area revolved around Moravian & it's historical impact. The Moravian's fled Europe to NA seeking freedom from religious persecution. So could this "faction" of the Outcasts be looking to leave & create their own faction of religious zealots to go against every other faction? This might be a subtle hint at what is to come for Div 3?

What about the Tin Soldiers in WONY, theres who bunch of them around the stock/exchange and ran into them under ground too. Maybe its another part of this group. There isa whole room of them when you have to unlock the shade tech in the run through. I just did it recently for a mats run; so maybe we need to look that one over again..

All that and you don't even get any special gear, thanks for doing it so I don't have too. The one mystery I've been wondering about is in some places you find laptops you can interact with ;but seem to do nothing and there's another place where there is computers with screens on the wall (in the Zoo I think) that you can interact with that seem todo nothing as well. I wonder if there's an order to interact with them to unlock a room.

Answered my own question, you need to relight the owls in the correct order, but I unlocked the gate, but got no audio message when I saluted the big owl, but odd 😮

what's the use of that? Everyone already knows how to open it. yes, few people know that this quest has 3 stages. And the opening of the dungeon is the 2nd stage, where, in addition to recording, you need to get a key. And you can get the key here only after the Dark-Hunter quest. And only after that you will open a Metro station with this key for the second door. And there you already need to go out to this very hunter and get a record for the next 3 quests to solve this "community". PS: You do exactly the same thing as others, according to someone else's guides. And you don't understand the game, and none of you solves riddles and quests step by step. It is sad. You will never reveal the main secret of the game, just like in the first part.

You have went aroumd to different easter egg videos talking like this while offering no proof. The Division Secrets discord and reddit has no evidence to help you out either. You are effectively making stuff up that you wish was in the game because you are the sole person making these comments in these videos. Don't go around telling strangers what they do and do not know about a game you had no hand in developing. If you were a dev or someone who helped with the actual creation of this game, you would most likely know your place and not talk out of turn when Ubi already has community members in their ranks to drop breadcrumbs to agents when a hunt to solve mysteries comes up.
