It never should have made it out of PTS. It’s even worse because the icon doesn’t always appear above the NPC’s head. 3 shots and my armour is wiped. This doesn’t work for Division 2 due to the way armour scales, 1 blue core or 6, you wreck yourself with that modifier.

Funny enough reflect damage has it's bad history in gaming since forever. Diablo 3 has it and devs completely removed this mechanic from the game. In Path of Exile they deleted it from mob modifier pool and it can appear only as a map modifier so players can skip it or find a way to be immune to reflect damage. This shitty mechanic always has very bad reputation in gaming and I'm suprised that devs are implementing it. It's unfair not fun and stupid that you can kill yourself by shooting targets in a freaking looter shooter game...

I can confirm that the Strega can be obtained via targeted loot and other activities. I got one today running Manning National Zoo on Legendary, before even unlocking it on the season pass. Just a bit of info I wanted to point out.

Well, at least you could use fenris instead. The highest dps is still the striker with coyote and fenris. 2 mil for head and 1.9 for body(bacpack and vest) but its good for those whom cant really stack up the striker. Also the obliterate is not the best choice here cuz stega chc is really low but its a choice. I got this build with fenris gloves and both striker on, and brother the centurion buff on uroboros is insane. With 20%mag or damage is truly insane what can you do

I would say slap that holster on with the iron lung might be fire.. when you deploy shield it will auto swap to acs set to mag and reload. Iron lung gets damage and rpm. acs already got a buff along with optimist but they nerfed the reload

You're overcomplicating the swapping, and lose a skill slot for it. Read the talent; swap between your pistol and back to both refresh the magazine and change the group bonus.

It isn't. It doesn't refill the magazine like Pummel or Steady Handed, it reloads. Which is actually not good for the ammo directive in summit.

Honestly, I might hold off from progressing to far through the seasonal pass. They are exclusive for the reward track until you get it, from my playtime as well as everything I've been told. That being said, there seems to be a bug where any activity where you take out a named enemy is giving INSANE seasonal xp. I went on a 10th floor summit run, I was hoping the exotics were part of the general loot pool, but after over a dozen runs and 5 exotic runs, I couldn't get it it. What I did get was about 35 seasonal levels. I'm now at level 72 after completing a couple of missions. Even with the 3x XP boast, the numbers don't add up to the amount of xp I received. They are absolutely going to have to patch this, the problem is how? Will they end up rolling back the loot, the xp or both??

I played for about an hour, logged out, came back about an hour later and every level was unlocked. I went from level 2 in seasons to level 100 by doing absolutely nothing. It's going to be really hard for them to roll it back after everything is opened. People will be so mad if they roll the entire day back. I think they will just leave it as is.

This looks more like a solo weapon, since it requires you to kill targets yourself, unless everyone can benefit from the talent if all use the same gun.🤔 So if a teammate steals your kills, the talent is useless, also on bosses it won't be of any use if there are no adds to kill and debuff the boss.

I wish the terms "burst damage" and "sustained damage" would go away. Instead, I think "time for first kill" and "time for muti-kills" are better terms and they don't need to be defined for people to understand them. Heartbreaker is still bugged (100% in the Shooting Range and intermittently in actual combat). To reproduce...put on 4-piece Heartbreaker, Technician specialization, and a weapon with the Link Laser Pointer. Go to the shooting range, set a target to Elite, shoot the target in the torso...just enough to create some bonus armor (do not kill the target), then wait for the bonus armor to go away. Shoot the target in the torso and you will see that no additional bonus armor is created. To re-proc Heartbreaker you have to kill the target or get a head shot.

Negotiators is definitely the highest DPS gear set in the game, no argument there. The thing is though, I don’t believe it’s really more useful than Striker for any content below Legendary difficulty (Heroic countdown is an exception, it’s really good there and & overlooked). The NPCs just aren’t tanky enough to really have to go through the motions of playing more strategically with ND. Maybe it’ll be more appealing in the new “Master” difficulty for the climax missions, since those are already a bit tougher than other missions of equal difficulty.
