my issue has been getting the skill damage roles on the improvised. iv gone through all my mats twice. my videos been held back twice because i just cant get the roles. deflector seems to only be really good if you spec right in to it.

I love it you two are great good look on the shout out to MOB. Id the only thing your missing is kinitic momentum it will boost. Both skill constantly and you will still get. A smaller dps boost from trophies.

hey B, this is an amazing build. I slapped this one together straight away. Visually it looks like a troll because most pieces are rainbows but that's because of the skill damage associated with the deflector shields. There are lots of synergies that i would not have thought of so kudos for the creativity and thought put into this bud. In regard to artificer...on make stacks and skill tiers the buff increases to 80%!! Lastly, I really appreciate that call out to other creators and @MARKOFBLADEZ. This is how it should be done. Credit where credit is due bro and it was great to hear you give props to others

I have tried to craft these armor pieces at the bench, but when I did there was no slots for the protection from elites to be put ont the armour, what am I doing wrong?

That's one REBEL a$$ build! The difficulty in making is beyond extreme. Getting ravenous, hollowman mask and all the improvised gear like this is crazy. Hats off to you for the effort and time to make it and present it to us.

I just tried this build, it's pretty insane. My main issue on heroic or legendary is that I'm just dying behind my shield. Like my shield will basically stay at above 70% hp but I'll just die because they shot around it or they're hitting my head.

Funny, i was just thinking of a max damage deflector shield build. I just made a build with it using ridgeway's and eclipse backpack, what i didn't realize is that the deflector shield also gets 30% amplified damage from the backpack if they're bleeding. Can't imagine how insane the deflector's damage could be.

REBEL! Nice version! I have been using a build like this but with Foundry Bulwark and Belstone Armory chest piece. It’s regen is amazing and the protection from elites is at 35%. Well done again Righteous!

Protection from elite builds are now my go tos in legendary content. Must try this with the deflector shield now because youre right, those damn elites just do not hit my shield at all. As long as you are aware of the reds and purples (countered with sweet dreams), you can really hold down alot of the fort in legendary.

I'm sure that this is common knowledge but kinetic momentum works with the deflector as it outputs skill damage. Just a p.s.a. if you want to output higher deflector damage. Also increases the repair of the artificer hive as well

I made this just the same but I had some better rolls and TBH I feel it is cool but weaker than just running the big shield artificer hive PFE builds with the Liberty pistol. Now I tried this solo heroic with two directives for no ammo and pistol only. Used it for ten floors then used the other build I mentioned and the other build was better.

Thank you very much, I was very disappointed with the stealth nerfs to the summit by removing a lot of the elites and my protection from elites build was kinda dead in the water so its good to revive it in a different way. I don't own the ravenous so I use the punch drunk mask and the liberty, it works a treat!

REBEL i have a deflector build also. You inspired the idea. It is very versatile. Like you I can take out drones like that also. It is quite peculiar man I always like weird set ups. So check it. 2 piece belstone, momento, ceska with skill damage, the headshot helmet (going blank right now).I use deflector shield with turret. Insynch machine gun and insynch kard. Looking for the named kard sigh and hope tonroll in synch on it. Very versatile. I also use technician. Skill kills give armor. And its fin. I actually use the deflector when enemies get too close or if i roll up on em. Very fun.

@@iDentityUS yeah faaam i went blank right there. Too much grinding for the named kard lol. But yeah the goal is to have 4 skill cores. 3 red and 1 blue (with momento). 6 skill tier. The turret allows me to play from mid and far ranges with insync and when enemies get sassy and close hit em with named kard with in synch. But i have to thank you man. I remember when grinding to 40 back in the day shit got tough and on a whim i used deflector because i was well if i cant hurt them maybe their own bullets will. You the truth. I winder how your build will do aginst hunters!!!! hmmmmmm do it b righteous do it!!!!! @identity

Can I ask why you opted for Skill Tier on 2 of those pieces? Your shield is essentially level 6 even without them. (4 blues +1 Tech Skill Tier + 1 Memento Skill Tier)
