This first Hybrid build incorporates one of the best weapons and exotics in the game with high damage talents and self healing brand sets to create one of the most powerful and well rounded healer DPS hybrids in The Division 2. The main weapon on this build is the ST. Elmos Engine Exotic Assault Rifle which comes equipped with 70 rounds in the magazine, high crit chance and crit damage weapon mods and the actum est talent which fills your magazine with shock ammo at 100 stacks. This build currently has 54% crit hit chance and 173% crit hit damage thanks to the exotic Coyotes mask and some much needed crit stats on our gear. On top of all those crits, your damage output will be even stronger thanks to the talents on the build. Obliterate increases weapon damage by 1% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 25 times. This means every time you crit, your weapon damage will increase. To increase damage even further, we’re utilizing the Unstoppable Force talent on the backpack to stack weapon damage by 5% per enemy killed, stacking up to 5 times. This means at max stacks with obliterate and Unstoppable Force, you’re looking at 50% extra weapon damage on your build. The healing capabilities on this build are great thanks to the skill tiers and brand sets which increases repair skills and incoming repairs for your agent. This build has the perfect balance of heals and damage.
This next build combines one of the best DPS gear sets with the future perfect talent to create one of the most versatile builds in the division 2. Thanks to the Ninjabike backpack we can achieve 5 red cores on this build for maximum damage as well as 3 skill tiers for skill efficiency. The main weapon on this build is the Famas with Future Perfect. Weapon kills grant 1 skill tier for 15 seconds stacking up to 3 times. Weapon kills at skill tier 6 grant overcharge for 15 seconds with a 90 second cooldown. This build is setup for very high DPS thanks to the strikers gamble 4 pc bonus when using the strikers battlegear gear set. After killing 3 enemies you’ll be able to maintain 6 skill tiers consistently while activating an overcharge every 90 seconds while using future perfect. This means your fixer drone and mender seeker mine will have more skill power and provide more potent heals for your agent. This build can be played aggressively or defensively depending on your motives. If you want to hold your ground and defend an area, you’ll be able to achieve max strikers gamble stacks very quickly while your fixer drone and mender seeker keep you alive. For more aggressive players, the quicker you build your striker stacks, the more lethal you will be. With an aggressive playstyle, you’ll be able to push enemies and utilize your heals while playing your angles to shred enemy health bars.
The last build uses one of the most powerful Exotic backpacks in the Division 2 to help you stack tons of weapon damage and skill efficiency with ease. The backpack I’m referring to is the Memento Exotic backpack. The Kill Confirmed talent drops trophies on kill for each enemy you defeat with each trophy offering short term and long term buffs which increase your max weapon damage and healing skill efficiency. Since we have 4 red core attributes on this build and 4 skill tiers, each trophy you collect will increase your weapon damage and skill efficiency by 20% for 10 seconds. In addition to the short term buffs, every trophy you collect stacks 1% weapon damage, 1% skill efficiency and 0.1% armor regen for 300 seconds stacking up to 30 times. The skill efficiency bonuses on this build are great because skill efficiency increases your repair skills, skill haste and skill duration for both of your healing skills. In addition to the Kill confirmed weapon damage buffs, we also have an expertise 16 Police M4 assault rifle with flatline. To increase damage even further, we combined the flatline talent with the spotter talent which adds tons of amplified damage to pulsed targets. Thanks to the technician specialization we can access the linked laser pointer attachment which pulses every enemy you aim at, making that additional damage from flatline and spotter basically effortless.

I got 2 more for you. Both of these are built from the NinjaBike and Picaros foundation. Which on a full red core build (run with Technician) gives you 6 red cores and a tier 5 shield (over 4 million hp) Let me first preface this by saying just how much I hate NinjaBike, Momento, and the like, in this game. Not only because every content creator uses builds with them for clickbait. But because in Division 2 Chest and Backpack talents exist, and because of this, any build using these clickbait items tends to not be worth a crap. But somehow these just work. The first build (and probably more functional of the two) is NinjaBike Picaros Uzina Closer chest piece (all red) Mask gloves and knee pads are 1 piece Bellstone (all red) 2 piece Gilla (All Red) This build gives you 6 red core (damage) Tier 5 shield Tier 3 skill (for Artiface, Decoy, etc) 1.2+ Armor 3% Armor Regen 20% AoK Plus with Closer and Kingbreaker you're getting 40% Amp damage hitting 800k+ damage per shot. The next build allows you to face tank even more without sacrificing damage. Again its the same NinjaBike Picaros Closer chest (all red) 1 piece Bellstone (all red) But now we'll add 2 piece (all red) Palisades Steel. This gives us a additional skill Tier to give us 6 RED CORES TIER 6 SHIELD TIER 4 SKILLS 30% Aok 1% Armor Regen Running a 6 Red and Tier 6 shield together is awesome. But once you start, your playstyle soon becomes trying to Face Tank EVERYTHING. Because it feels like you can. So having the 3% regen with Gilla (even though you drop to a Tier 5 shield) is a lot more useful overall.

All of these should be using future lerfect like u said on the weapin if hybrid and it was buffed to give u up to 4 skill tiers now I find simply adding future perfect picaro rolled skill tier and another peice of brazo blue yellow or red ur choice wifh stats based on what u prefer. Just adding that to anybuild makes every hybrid capable of 6 skill cores and oc. If you use ninja bike then u only need tech spec and picaros rolled skill to work with every 4 peice build. People dont realize the addition of heals dps simple uptime etc that adds is stronger then then some extra dps and couple points of crit. Im glad u are spreading the value of these simple changes that whether in group or solo (using memento) is great. Stikers especially unless having a healer suffers from being sub par having to use shotgun, is weaker then other set unless using chest and back if able to stay above 100 procs which woth the lack of aurvivability most players from they get tricked into thinking the damage on a dummy is translating to in game meanwhile a basic HB is outperforming them even if not played perfect. Also talents like kintic momentum is an excellent chest talent even for dps builds for everything it doea for skills making it more valuable then another coupel dps like obliterate which takes a couple clios to stack and avg out to almoat nothing. Aswell ad insync for ur weapon if u are always playing with a skill like drone out then its the most powerful weapin talent unless ur using a mmr and always on if ur skill is out evenbjust gollowing u around

I will definitely need to look into build 2 because my go to set in division 1 pve was classified striker the healing output and damage was top notch there. I need to find a gun and build that makes.me feel like that agaain and doing a hybrid with healing skills seems like the idea i was missing

First of all, I like the three different options that I can choose from. I can choose the one I want and then go make it. Options are always nice. The capture quality, game play, and voiceover in your video are improved from the last division video I watched a couple years ago (I’d say you got new equipment possibly). I’ve always enjoyed your videos the most and can’t understand why KZbin didn’t have you in my feed. I’ve been a subscriber since you had less than 40k subs and you’re about to hit 90k, that’s awesome and you deserve it for all your hard work. I can still remember you posting a picture of yourself deadlifting like 500 lbs, that’s how long I have been following. I wouldn’t recommend using these for legendary just because the white tusk uses jammers. You’re best bet for legendary is a strikers build.
