@@ColdBwoyy Been quite a learning curve as I came from destiny. Took me a good long while to understand the game mechanics but gradually getting there slowly. Used some of your builds as well and they have worked great but still a long way to go before I do heroic content as only challenging so far.

Go Run Foundry Bulwark + Contractor/Petrov + Walker Harris or Run some Picaro if you prefer Raw Damage This OG build carried me so far until i got Striker BG!!!! Survivabilty is the name of the Build so Be Patient don't rush Also if you need Heals just pop off your Shield and tanks some damage and let the Gear Set skill do its magic

A Team based LMG build I run (although it works ok in Solos too) is Iron Lung Courier (all Red) Coyotes Contractors Ceska (Obliterate) Grupo Golan/Electrique (it seems to help with the fire spread, Idk why. Lol) With a Chc at 50% and Coyotes mid buff, I use it as a lesser Eclipse type build, for team support. Or when less experienced players (there seems to be a lot of newer players recently) push enemies like they're herding cats. Smdh, why??? With this setup, by catching area of effect enemies on fire it will not only stop them from rushing and shooting, but pulls them out of cover. So teammates can eliminate them easier. But most importantly it helps stop the chaos created (and me hopefully not being flanked because of it) by bad teammate gameplay. Although fire doesn't affect Chungas or robotics well, in this game. This will definitely make short use of both because of its high dps capabilities. I did try it with Trauma (instead of Obliterate) and although the numerous status' going on was great, because of it constantly procing other status' the fire didn't spread well (the main purpose of the build) due to Couriers cool down (which matches well unfortunately with Iron Lungs horrific reload time) Love the Vids Keep em up.

Great vid, i still love the pestilence, but the rpk is brutal, i love it lol reminds me of the pakhan days of div 1 before they nerfed it, was my fav weapon to build around!

Another good option would be "Perfect Braced" 50% weapon handling easy activation and you can swap out hive if you don't feel like using it. I like to pair it with perfect Frenzy very fun gameplay loop.

When you are in cover you dont get the RPM buff from Umbra making Braced useless.

I never said use it with umbra... all I said was that if you were to create a different template of LMG build (high end gear) you could use (perfect braced) and it fixes the reload issue that some LMG have without having to use the booster which opens up a skill slot of your preference 😊😊.

All these are great. Id throw striker in. 3 strikers, ninjas bike, contractors, providence with obliterate and gunner. Run iron lung and GR9... reload like 3.5...but if you get caught you switch to the GR9. Or when you get a group on fire...switch to the 9, you got 250 to lay them all down. You can speed run heroic...

Veteran player, but just returned to the game. I tried the Umbra and Ongoing builds, tweaked them a little to suite my playstyle, Definitely prefer Umbra over OD, I used less skill cores than you, but found that even 2 Skill tiers was good enough for me. Haven't been able to try the Lengmo build (which looks like a lot of fun with the RPK), mainly because I have apparently found my "white whale" story in trying to farm those pieces, at this point, I'd have a better chance of dying of old age before I find a double crit lengmo piece. lol Kudos to you for some excellent lmg builds templates.

Interesting builds here. Stumbled here by accident and subscribed at once. I love making builds and been following people like Tux, Wolf, and Hutch for quite some time (4 years). You have some great and original ideas that I'd love to try... I just need to make some space first: Running 2 mains with 32 different builds, 2 mules stacked to the brim, and this season keeps giving and giving new stuff and infinite new possibilities ... I just made a OD, Iron lung and vile mask build last night. No armor cores, all weapon damage and crits, with a coue status effects. I am squishy but i melt heroic enemy's in the the tower!

I've been running OD since I was able to, can't play anything else. I got an iron lung last night from the GE exotic cache with pretty bad rolls but I can't buy the blueprint to reroll it.

The ongoing directive build does a lot of damage. but yea u need ur booster all the time because without the reload is just horrible,, i tried it on a couple of control points on heroic,, when u can get close it works very well but the more open controll points can be a struggle.. i must say im not used to a close and personal playstyle so maybe thats why i struggle with it a bit,, forgetting to put he hive down a couple times or i was out of hive at all Edit would be nice if the iron lung would also give u a % ammo back after killing burning enemies or something to counter the reload

It's a good option for sure. But more so for missions. Not as for most control points. Enemy's little more spread out.
