Wallop's Island certainly opens up a lot of possibilities for further story content. Like a bit further south of that is Norfolk/Newport News, where much of the shipbuilding occurs in the US, and I imagine where Black Tusk would likely take over as a hub for logistics and maintenance of their hovercraft and ships. It'd be cool If we had a raid/incursion to go and disrupt their operations there.

I am definately excited for the DLC, waiting for it since the announcement of the year 4 development … But I don’t care about an incursion or any other mode. I played all: Underground, Survival, the Resistances and the 3 (?) Incursions in D1, Raids, Kenly, Summit, Countdown, Descent and the Incursion in D2, don’t recall the name … I didn’t enjoy any of these, played them few times only. All this is something different, like separate sterile mini games with even more bullet sponge and frippery, representing basically the opposite in gameplay I enjoy. I enjoy the main game of D1 and D2. If they invest development ressources into new areas for another incursion or any other mode, I hope they use it for two use cases: the mode and as second use case for expansion of the main game. I didn’t come across any other game focussing on separate modes and this season crap in game development and ignoring the main game to such an extent. Sure, I have no oversight on what the majority wants but from the list of my friends in D1 and D2 I could see that the modes were played by few people only and people were leaving despite year 4/5/6 roadmap.

Wallop Island would more likely a Stronghold, legendary True Sun's mission, the other factions would be cool. Time will tell on that & Brooklyn is going to be a new map area.

Yannick said there was no new incursion coming with the dlc during a livestream when we were all asking about it when the pts first came out. I hope he was just trying to cover their mistake up because the incursion was fun as hell!

So they are not updating or opining the map insted another isolated raid ....what about randomising the factions in the current locations? At least they have proven they could easily do that it would bring some life into the same reused content over and over .. I left because I got tired of the white tusk every week

I think the next season will be canceled. Ubisoft isn't doing so good right now with all that is happening with in the company as a whole. The next DLC will probably be put on hold.

put the base game on ps plus and gamepass already. give it some advertising to increase the playerbase before the new dlc. crossplay would be nice. And please. please ubisoft, chnage the hardcore mode to delete your inventory when you die instead of your whole character. it turns the whole game into an extraction shooter and it's awesome.
