Nice sum up. I did not realize that Dragov's story was so complex. His longing for "Family" took him in a weird spot. And I had no idea that HE was the cause of the Rikers escape from prison: always tought that Barret organized it, since she had the "soft" side of the Prison's director. It's kind of a shame that every time we got an intersting enemy character, we have to kill it shortly after =(

lol most people seem to have chosen the same first 2 bosses. I kind of RP'd a bit and figured since we were weak and vulnerable in NYC i would take out Kajika the assassin first. Then blind them and learning more by taking out Theo. Then I took out Conley to take away a source of crazy weapons, Then finally went after Dragov since his specialty seemed to be setting up the Rikers with resources and defenses.

9:33 THIS MAKES EVERYTHING SO MUCH MORE CONFUSING! Why is the LMB still in the Financial District?! Charles Bliss pulled his men out of there and went up North to the top right of the map in Division 1! He figured the Wallstreet files were useless to be protecting considering how bad the pandemic was! So why are they there?! In the Animated Short that was released for Warlords of New York it was shown the Ex-LMB soldiers had actually been JTF because they had "JTF" letters on their clothing! Why were they calling them LMB then? I'm so confused because this couldn't take place before Bliss's death because the LMB would not be in that area then! If this took place after Bliss's death then why would the LMB be down there in the Financial District?! And if they were they would have kicked the Riker's asses, so that's bullshit about Duchess clearing them out. No casualties? Get the fuck outta here Massive. I get that they want to make the Rikers seem tougher now because they have evolved but wouldn't the LMB have evolved EVEN MORE? Especially because they were found to be getting supplied by Black Tusk after Bliss's death! Dude, what the fuck Massive

Man, no wonder the majority of the agents have gone rogue, they're all mentally ill in some way. I thought Division agents are also chosen if they fulfill their loyalty and mental resilience criteria, yet they've all broken beyond belief from just a little bit of stress, which is what they've been training to prepare for. That's not how special forces type organization work, they don't fray from stress that easily, wouldn't be in the special forces if they do. Terrible writing overall

Its probably due to the recruitment of the Division was desperate, because apparently anyone with a background on the military, police, fire or any emergency service department can be an agent, whether on the field, logistics or communications like Manny Ortega.

What the guy above me stated is the fact. If you have a background In military, tech, law enforcement, emergency service like medical or firefighter, and other significant jobs there is a good chance the SHD will look to recruit you. While the SHD do a psychological and background test and do train its agents it's very minor and insignificant. Most agents that are activated are not combat ready as it is. Just basic training. During there psych evaluations even if they have red flags such as past affiliations and mental state you'll still be hired. This is why you run across so many dead agents across both games just rocking regular civilian clothes as even with basic training most arent fighters or even have any idea how to properly use weapons or SHD tech. They got the call and went but unprepared. And of course the high rogue/traitor rate amongst the SHD is rampant. If The Black Tusk, U.S. Government corruption, SHD recruitment process & training, and the amount of internal power struggles in the background happening aren't signs the SHD was designed to fail, clean up other minor groups, be a distraction, and create trouble via infighting then I dont want is.

To be totally fair, training someone to retain mental stability during a bioweapon mass casualty event is one of those things that literally cannot be tested short of the real thing. Hell, plenty of people are livetweeting their mental breakdowns over the coronavirus, and the worst of it hasn't even hit their communities. In the end, it ties back into the same question as the rogue agents in Division 1: is giving these agents this much authority and capability to exercise that authority really that good an idea?

Dragov was a pretty badass character. He had a cool vibe/aura around him. His final boss mission is also the most challenging mission I have ever done. Great vid as always.

The whole recruiting programme of Division is questionable at best, how they would let candidate like Conley who barely made it past psych eval to move onto the next phase or conspiracy theorist like Parnell through is just mind-blowing. They are basically a bunch of problem children, this combines with the Division's problematic management, no wonder how first wave basically got wiped out or went rogue in a few weeks. On a side note, I just noticed how Rick Valassi and whatever forces behind him are still a mystery, the last we heard from him is at the end of WoNY, where he is singing the Division's praises on the radio. But back in Division 1 Resistance update, in the WSP collectible audio, the woman suspected Valassi is working for someone to broadcast false information and how he just walk around the street is a sign of him being protected by some sort of forces. The last audio file is her warning whoever got the file to stay away from Valassi before she was abducted. Is it possible that Valassi is working for Black Tusk or whatever organization hired Black Tusk(The organization that Ellis belongs to)? Or the "Divisions within the Division" mentioned in the New York collapse survival guide?

It's funny how they changed how the Rikers got off the Island. In the 1st game, they stated that Barret sweet talked the Warden and he supplied the boats to get the Rikers off the island, only to have her kill him when he upheld his end of the bargain

It never states how they were able to get out of their cells. So have the Rogue agent let them out doesn't contradict any lore

I despise SHD with passion. I never fought any of them, I’m with the RDAs, I’ll not spend $30 to kill them, esp Keener. If I can’t join them, I’m letting them live regardless of Massive killed them off in their book... the franchise is dead anyway... so much potential thrown out of the window due to creative bankruptcy and incompetence of the devs...
