Why don't we just chase the evil west out and start mining it ourselves? Japan on its own is producing in excess of 5%. They have no minerals, many natural disasters and they were destroyed during WW2. Brother, you can't conquer knowledge, work ethic, integrity and a civil way to understand and participate in the modern economy.
