Good training camp Giorgio! You're doing what others are not willing to do. That's what it takes in racing. Sure it sucks while you're doing it but in the end it'll all be worth it with that race win. So my training session today consisted of three massive climbs back to back to back! And guess what? I was the only one out there doing them. Just knowing that it's going to pay off later made it worth all the pain. Keep it up bro!! 👊

@@GiorgioCoppolaCyclingTraining is going very well. Been working on climbing here lately. Climbing has always been my weak spot so I decided to finally get off my ass and do something about it. My local MTB area has three monster climbs back to back to back. This should get me where I need to be. Keep spinning Giorgio, you got this!! 💪👊👍

Totally agree with you about whoop, I tried it, it was rubbish. Get a garmin and you get all the same reading and much more for free. Great vlog, 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Totally agree, I have had my garmin fenix 6 for about 5 years and it’s still going strong! I did get a refund from whoop though so kudos to them for that as I didn’t think they would 👌

As a parent to be in April.. I'm bricking time management when it comes to training.. any advice?

The big things for me are training early in the morning when the wife/baby are still asleep and also using my commute to get my sessions in. I don’t know what your current volume is but accept that 50% of that is a good target. There is definitely still time to train but it’s not easy, it just depends how tired you are and how much you want to miss out on… that’s the main reason I train early so I don’t miss out on anything 👌 Good luck it’s epic!
