I have been waiting to see what they would develop for the full-spectrum market. A very nice start though I’m not thrilled to have another mount design in my kit. But it looks like they offer a miniBowens to Bowens adapter which will help.

Why is BLAIR-CG not super dim, if the output is split between 7 diodes? Daylight is brighter than bicolor, is brighter than RGB, etc. Is it dim, or has there been some other innovation idk about? Plz explain.

Because it uses all of those emitters to create white light, instead of having dedicated daylight and rgb diodes

Aputure is going for the real high end now, they're competing with ARRI, Litemat, Astera, etc. Idk if that's smart move but they seem commited to being a rental / high budget brand.
