Im fighting myself against getting to connected to this relationship because as the doctor said they've never been fixed to one place or person and they've never been able to. River song is an exception because she lives a very similar life to the doctor but after finishing the two most recent episodes I don't think I can stop myself from falling in love with their love 😭 it's so, so well written.

Tbh I think the constant heartbreak the Doctor experienced with River was enough to put them off any romantic relationship for a long time. I'm glad the show stayed true to this while also acknowledging how sweet Yaz and 13's love was.

Their relationship was so well written. The fact that it wasn’t a “on no I might be gay for her” or whatever but it was established early that Yaz was most likely already queer and I love that aspect of their storyline

It makes me quite sad knowing that her time is coming to an end. I always find this part the most difficult knowing that the Doctor regenerating means they don´t die but it´s still like they are dying because their past self will be gone. I hope that after the Doctor changes Yaz and Dan will stay with them even for a short time afterwards because especially after a regeneration the Doctor needs good friends to figure out what to do next.
