@BronstoneHowlski I ate normal, healthy, balanced meals and did juicing for a few months around 3 months. I also took high-grade quality vitamins as well, and I excersied. I did walking, dancing, and water aerobics. The juicing was just an addition. I followed her recipes. I also never smoked, drank no alcohol and I never took illicit recreational drugs. I did whatever I could to relax. Oh, and I replaced caffeine products with herbal products, and I heavily reduced my sugar consumption to
