Eh, it's alright. A short reminder/explanation, is in FMA, Armstrong is a very muscular alchemist with a long family line, and the thing Jack said is something he says just about every time he uses his artistic alchemy. He also tends to rip off his upper body clothing and flex his muscles a lot. I watch it every now and then, so I remember a lot of it.
