Hi ! I'm a Belgian student and I have a work to do about the forum of necessity in Canada ! Especially, that concerns the protection of the human rights. Thank you for supporting my channel; I appreciate it. This doctrine is a powerful tool for the courts, but used with extreme caution. It is not common to see this doctrine being argued in Canadian courts. I am not aware of any new cases, but will post further if i find any. Thank you.
